Located in the heart of Madrid, next to Plaza de España and right next door to the Royal Palace! Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and the lobby of the hotel was always immaculate. Would stay here again!

Amazing hotel, close to the city attractions and the room is clean! Walkable to many nice places and streets with good food!👍🏻

The beds are really dirty!!!! There were some hairs inside.

Location was good, walking distance to gran via and metro is about 7min away. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Hotel did not provide toothbrush in room. Toilet has a smell but we are okay. Room is comfy and we slept well. Will return to stay

Good location for a 3 star hotel, staff were pleasant on arrival. Found the amenities to be lacking (tv only in Spanish with no way to change it to English, aircon appeared to not be able to be changed easily and room was only satisfactory cleaned leaving room for improvement. Can notice the difference between a 3 and 4 star hotel. Bed was extremely comfortable- pillows so so..

This place was awesome. The Royal Palace in Madrid was right across the street, just open the window. Spacious enough, emaculately clean, and housekeeping was in&out while I was at breakfast. Breakfast has a pancake machine & syrup to die for! Good selection & the guys working breakfast were super diligent.

The Place is close to Madrid palace, ten minutes to the city center and the also very convenient to the train station, I had a nice stay, especially the breakfast is so delicious, the Croissant is so fresh.

everything is good， the service， the equipment… and the transportation is convenient.
