Hotel room decent size, but it was twin beds pushed together.The hotel was quiet and bed decent. I didn't get breakfast So I can't comment on that. I had to go out and buy toothpaste and shampoo (but later realised that the mostly empty body wash was hair and body combined. Room was warm with Air com. Decent hotel. My only complaint was that when I went to book more nights, compared to online, they were going to charge me a lot more, So I chose to go elsewhere.

Buena relación calidad precio. Creo que lo más destacable del hotel es la ubicación. En el centro de Madrid a pocos minutos de todos los puntos turísticos más importantes.

Precio calidad excelente. Servicio muy bueno. Hemos pedido hacer check out un poco más tarde y nos han permitido sin cargo extra. Volveremos seguramente. Gracias

Otelin konumu cok iyi, odaların genişliği güzel. Cadde tarafında kalırsanız gece cok ses geliyor tek olumsuz durum buydu.

The hotel is confortable, clean, the staff is very nice, the breakfast is delicious! Easy access to everywhere with metro and walking to turistics points.

However pool was closed until May and they would even let you sit up there Not happy at this disingenuous listing Otherwise would give the hotel a five star

We had an amazing experience in this hotel. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Clean, spacious and great host experience. Muy buena experiencia. Los recomendaré a todos. Limpio, espacioso (cómodo) y muy buena experiencia de el personal.

For ladies the bathroom is excellent...good lighting for makeup, great hairdryer, nice toiletries, full length mirror.... Beds were very comfortable and there was zero noise.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is exceptional.

The hotel is amazingly clean and well-appointed. Not flashy, but very tasteful (even nice wall art!), with a welcoming lobby and cafe/bar/restaurant, separate from the large breakfast area. Nice, helpful staff. Area is residential, full of eateries, near Plaza Mayor, very walkable but close to transit of all kinds. So glad I didn't stay directly in the tourist areas, but close to everything. I felt more and more like a Madrileno in the rhythm of life in Madrid! I'd like to go back to Madrid and this hotel.
