酒店服務較好，幫助我們提前辦理了入住。本次入住的是一個內向房間，房間不大，通風采光一般，但是床鋪和枕頭都很舒服，適合喜歡較低枕頭的人。衞生間很乾凈，提供基本的香皂和洗浴用品，沒有牙具。注意房間不提供拖鞋和燒水壺，如需要請自備。

老牌酒店，前台非常友好，附近也很多東西可以吃，有地下停車場。房間環境也不錯，空間挺大的，很好

設施比較新，服務周到細緻，交通便利

房間很大，老式四星酒店，服務不錯，要了茶具，還幫忙打印了核酸報告。離市區大皇宮2公里，打車過去五六歐，方便。

Enjoy my stay, I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff were very friendly. there are very good public transport links nearby. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, happy to recommend it and will be staying there again when I visit Madrid.

The hotel is really amazinf for a longer stay, has great staff as well as excellent access to públic transport to both city center, train stations and airport

i had a issue with my bed the first night, i got no sleep at all, the bed kept rolling away everytime i move on it so i had to sit up most of the night..i called at about 10:30pm and it was fixed sometimes about 12:pm the next day after we went out to tour..i thought they would reimburse me even half of the night for my inconvenience but it didnt happened...they acted as if it was no big deal.i was shocked And everytime we showered we have to bend down and dried up the water from the shower because the shower dont have a full door, i tried to make the most of it because i didnt want these to ruin my vacation....

Convenient transportation and walkable to Retiro park. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great with many options including Churros. Not so many dining options nearby.

This was our 4th or 5th time at this Hotel. It is excellent! Comfortable rooms, nice facilities, near the Atocha Station and close to a taxi stand! We will return!

The staff are very nice and accommodating, we arrived 3 hours earlier and room were ready for us in 5 minutes without additional charge.

We liked how clean and safe the hotel was. It was also right next to the metro, bus stops, and taxi hub.

Good, centric hotel. Comfortable beds. Right next to metro stop.
