Tiada air mendidih (tidak terdapat di banyak tempat). Perkara yang paling tidak boleh diterima ialah saya telah dikenakan deposit sebanyak 150 euro. Hotel sebaliknya Had yang boleh diterima, sarapan lewat bermula pada pukul 7:30 pagi...untuk orang yang perlu menjalani latihan yang bermula pada pukul 8, ia adalah rumit. Kalis bunyi perlu dikaji semula Saya terjaga beberapa kali kerana pintu dihempas pada waktu malam. Sarapan pagi ringkas. Lokasi agak jauh dari segala-galanya.

Hotel ini bagus, dengan kemudahan bilik yang agak lama dan agak jauh dari pusat bufet sarapan pagi tidak begitu rumit.

Poor hotel without shampoo or coffee/tea kettle in the room. Also, room is not clean and full of dust. Their cleaning service is not functioning. Service is nice at the reception.

Well located 10 min closed to airport. Very clean. Cozy coffee bar. Very helpful front desk guy. Close supermarkets. Excellent for layover.

The room was clean and the bathroom also clean and had everything I needed. I have absolutely no complaints there. WLAN worked well and reliably, except for a few disconnects, but it was not included. The cleaning personnel offered to clean the room more frequently than was necessary, which was fine, but I don't need my room to be cleaned every day or even every second day. I keep it quite clean anyway. The only thing I missed was a little fridge to put drinks in, so that I could cool water bottles or milk. The reception desk people were also always friendly and understood my bad Spanish and were helpful. Thank you. If you don't have to be in the very center of Madrid, the location of this hotel is still fine, since the metro is merely 5min away walking distance and quickly gets you anywhere in Madrid.

The breakfast was nice. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport. It’s a good spot between the main city and the airport so if you’ve got time to explore you can easily take the metro. I’d stay again.

Outside of city centre but the neighbourhood was comfortable, big and proper room and toilet, great experience for the price.
