My stay at Bob was very pleasant. At the beginning I struggled a bit with the check in since I wasn’t familiar with their fully automated service but once I figured out how that worked everything went smooth. I loved that they have a partnership with a well equipped gym so I was able to workout during my stay there. Location is very convenient and after I checked out they let me keep me keep my luggage at their storage room for the rest of the day. I would stay with them again and I really recommend it!

This place is simply brilliant. What I loved the most was that the staff was super friendly. Their attention to detail and this feeling of being home away from home was incredible. I am definitely coming here again

The location was key during my vacation near to the plazas, metro, stores and bars/restaurant. The attentions of the Bob Chueca team was wonderful. Definitely my family and me will return.

Absolutely delightful place to stay and the best customer service I've had in any hotel. The hotel is right in the middle of the busiest district in Madrid and it's loud all night long. I would strongly recommend earplugs if you have a room with a view. Definitely planning on staying again in the future, lovely first time in Spain.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and we appreciated the small details/amenities that made the stay more enjoyable!

The location was very convenient to all the attractions in Central Madrid. The room and facilities were great and we got excellent support through Whatsapp. We knew the neighborhood would be noisy and that was fine with us. If you are sensitive to city noise, you should ask for a room in the back of the building.
