Ulasan HC Callao

The best hostel I have ever experienced in Madrid. Everything is so near. Strategic location and super easy to commute. The lady staff is extremely friendly and sweet. She is always taking care of the cleanliness of the hostel. The beds and Washrooms are clean. Kudos to HC Callao team. Highly recommended and i will definitely come back for my next summer holidays. Mucho gracias!

It's located in the city but really hard to find the entrance! Room is so small and bed made noisy so easily if you move just little, it made sounds. There is no lockers, shower room is so small, only two toilets and wash basin is only one. If you care about that, you shouldn't stay here.

Location is great, right next to a metro station near the Palicio de Real, which is why I chose it. A little difficult to find because no advertising of it on the outside of the building. Second floor. This place seemed a fire trap. At least 4 small rooms crammed with bunk beds. Only one window and not a breath of air in the room I was assigned- so very hot made it impossible to sleep. Two tiny bathrooms and two tiny showers to service all the guests. One sink. Kitchen was small but furnished. Would not recommend. You can do better for the price elsewhere.

Nice to stay just one night no longer than that

The Location was excellent but to find the hostel itself was horrible. There was totally no sign to indicate that the hostel is within an office building without any sign of the hostel name and we had walked around the whole plaza and still couldnt find the address no 1. The hostel cannot be contacted with the phone given and thankfully after finding the info counter that we find the place. However, even within the building there is nothing to indicate which level is the hostel as the building info desk was not manned at that time. There were a couple of pickpocket who followed us entered the building pretending to help us and led us going to different floors to confuse us and managed to get away with my passport cover stolen thinking that it must be my wallet. It was a very tiring and frightful experience just locating this hostel due to lack of hostel signboard and communication from the owner despite writing to them for direction.

Cheap hotel at a convenient location. Do not have high expectations for it.

good room, got water bath, rooms with windows and fans and adequate socket. Best part is very near callao metro and I will come there again

Location is unbeatable! The team of staff are super accommodating & kind. The travelers you’ll meet there are diverse & familiar. A really good mix of people and community!

El lugar está muy bien ubicado, en todo el centro de Madrid y es muy facil de llegar. Los chicos de recepción son muy amables y siempre estarán dispuestos a colaborar. Cuando llegué, me recibieron mi maleta antes del check in sin problemas. Su cocina está bien equipada y de seguro podrás disfrutar demasiado de Madrid si te hodpedas acá! Tranquilos, todas las imágenes que ponen corresponden👌

チェックイン前は荷物を預かってもらえます。また、夜行バスや深夜便で到着した際にも、チェックイン前にはトイレとシャワーを使うことができました。ただ、部屋が狭いのとベッドが少し窮屈なので、値段相応と行ったところです。

Excelente sitio compartido 👍 lugar muy limpio, amabilidad, cama cómoda y limpias, la mejor ubicación de Madrid en el edificio callao.
