This is a lovely B&B, and I would rate it as a 4.5. We stayed two nights in the Lindsay room on the second floor - the room is spacious, with a small frig in the closet. Two windows, one with a view of the church next door. There are roller blinds on the windows, which I didn’t find until the second day. My problem was with the very firm bed. Sleep quality is very important to me, and I didn’t feel rested in the morning (DH didn’t mind the bed). The bathroom is small, especially the shower area, but the water pressure was great! The best part of our stay were the breakfasts! The menu is posted ahead of time (got to practice my basic French), and included coffee/tea, fresh squeezed orange juice (which was delicious), toast with two homemade preserves and rillettes (similar to pate), a yogurt parfait and the entre. The first breakfast was a waffle with fresh fruit and chocolate drizzle, the second was cheese toast with bacon and asparagus, and an assortment of fresh fruit (I think I counted 18 different types of fruit)! Just a few minutes walk to several restaurants - we ate at Des Canton Microbrasserie (yummy French onion soup).
