Worst experience!!! The staff is so rude and mannerless doesn't know how to treat their guests. Poorest service!!! They never attend ur call. There was no electricity and no water supply for 5 hours straight when we checked-in also they have not provided us with drinking water.We had to go to the market which is around 20 kms far from the resort n also they were not listening for anything. They were like stay at ur own risk. The place was full of insects lizards and big spiders. MY BABY AND I we didn't sleep the whole night.Pathetic and disgusting staff members their words were like nahi rehna aapko to room chodh do aap. Disgusting and mannerless people!!!! NEVER EVER STAY THERE!!!

Worst experience ever Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family and they have no consideration...rooms are worst quality AC They had no security at night which was worse Terrible experience don’t go

The ambience of the hotel is nice but it is not managed professionally and thus you get dirty linen, dirty pool, cobwebs in the room. Food was below average. The staff were really sweet and helpful but that does not take away from the fact that the hotel requires better rmaintenance.

Beautiful location, good service, excellent food service. There are only two faults in location as in amenities and services that no wifi and internet connection have and no pickup and drop facility free to the safari zone. Otherwise excellent food and service provision, good sanitary and cleanliness.

Food was alright, we were given the same dal sabji and pane-er for lunch and dinner although chicken was added for dinner. It all tasted the same. Breakfast in the sun was good with eggs to order and poha, evening snacks were average. The location of the resort is amazing in a quiet place with no other resorts nearby so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and loved the open air shower. A special shout out to the staff for taking good care of us.

This was the best resort in bandavgarh. Given that we visited other resorts over there like lemon tree, syna resort they were nothing in comparison to this resort and were at-least 3 times over priced than this resort. The food here was awesome and also the staff was very good and helpful they were just a bit understaffed though. The location, rooms, theme, of the hotel is unbeatable.

Stay was awesome. Food was good and less spice was perfect for kids. Bonfire was arranged. Staffs were responsive. Rooms are spacious and bathroom had all facilities and was quite big. An overall wonderful experience.

The property is nice but not maintained. Service is very poor. Have to ask for everything. They do not even run the generator if light goes. Have to ask them to do so.

If you are looking to enjoy nature in its pristine form, stay here. Away from hustle and bustle of urban clutter, amazing hospitality, great stay and delectable food.
