I recently stayed at Belamy House Makati, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel’s location is ideal, situated in the heart of Makati, providing easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and business hubs. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and impeccable professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room itself was a perfect blend of comfort and style, boasting modern furnishings, a cozy bed, and a spotless bathroom equipped with high-quality toiletries. I particularly appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made staying connected effortless. The amenities at Belamy House Makati exceeded my expectations, including their well-equipped fitness center and a rooftop lounge offering stunning city views—a great spot to unwind after a busy day. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, featuring a diverse selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. They were attentive to every detail and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. For travelers seeking a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and top-tier service, Belamy House Makati is an outstanding choice. It’s a hotel that I would gladly recommend and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Arrived earlier around 11am and was allowed to check in earlier. In addition, I was allowed to check out one hour later because of my late flight. Appreciate all the staff from the security, door, front desk (Karla for being so accomodating), and housekeeping, for their amazing service. Overall, the location was great, the room is very clean, and amenities were sufficient! No comments on bfast and I did not try it.

The service from the staff was excellent! The room was spacious for the price and the bathroom had a large soaking tub which made us feel relaxed.

Location is convenient as there's many food options along the stretch down, there's massage place just 2 shops down and beauty salon just below the hotel. Grab to airport takes about 30-45mins, quite comfortable bed and cosy hotel.

The location was ideal, the room was new and clean, and I felt safe during my stay. I will definitely book again.

Clean and new. Except original and new room which are new stairways or elevator are noisy. Location close to power plant mall which cost around peso 120 for one way trip. Hotel staff are friendly. The iron and iron board needs to be changed as they are stained and affected my clothes. Hotel staff did try to offer free washing but it would need special treatment to get rid. A pity they did via in house washing and hence didnt resolve the issue timely before my check out. Apart from this. Overall still a pleasant stay. Recommended.

The hotel is small and cozy, but it definitely has room for improvement. While the stay was fine overall, cleanliness standards could be better maintained, as some areas felt a bit overlooked. The breakfast was okay but lacked variety and quality, leaving much to be desired. With a few upgrades in these areas, this place could be a much better option.

Okay new hotel but not worth the price since there are other hotels at the same price point with better location and a more complete facility. Ample parking space is a huge plus for this property.

I am very pleased with my stay in the Belamy House. The check in process is very fast and smooth. The staff in the reception area is very pleasing and informative. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are a lot of restaurants around the area. The room smells very clean and is very organized. I was not able to check the other amenities such as the pool. I would love to check in again here.

Highly recommend in this price range. Very clean and well looked after. Staff, particularly at front desk, is very helpful and friendly -always with a smile and the attitude to help in any way. Excellent! The rooms are very clean, modern and functional. The Gym is good and the pool at the rooftop has a great view.

Good ambience and clean rooms. Though some areas are still under construction overall the hotel is clean and neat. The pool area in the roof deck is relaxing and I like to try it when we come back. I love the location because it is near the company where I am currently working.

Stayed here with family and overall it was a good experience and I found that the room itself was not too big but they were able to maximize the space and the utilities included in the room were complete and very useful. Although we had some very honored and stressful experiences with our stay there. Where and at one point me and my family were in a hurry and could not access our room even with the top card provided by the hotel and it took quite some time to be able to access our room which caused delay on our end as we were in a hurry, and even at that point we felt that there was not much I urgency from the end of the staff as they did nothing to help us feel better about the situation and they did not really explain as to why this happened specifically but the help was appreciated though. On a different night, my family and I were about to sleep when we suddenly smelled something very foul coming from the outside of our room that we had to put towels on the gap under our door to prevent the stench from further coming in. We brought this up to the front desk who acknowledged our concern and after investigating found out that it was due to the floor below us was having a drainage problem or leak. The hotel compensated us with a free breakfast.

This hotel was AMAZING! It’s new and everything is extremely clean, I’m not even exaggerating. The front desk staff were very accommodating and quick to answer my phone calls. Breakfast was plated but very tasty!!! Super worth the price! There’s even a Pick UP coffee in their lobby, I’m so glad I found this place 💖💖💖
