As a property manager of a high-rise residential building under one of the top property management firms in Southeast Asia, I would like to commend your staff for their professionalism and prompt responsiveness to email inquiries—something I truly value. I also appreciate the cleanliness and upkeep of the guest rooms, which made the stay comfortable. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the persistent odor at the 5th floor elevator lobby. The smell resembles that of an STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), which can be quite off-putting—especially given that this area is a main access point for guests heading to the pool and roof deck. I respectfully recommend the following: -Inspect and service the exhaust blowers of the STP. -Review your STP operations and ensure proper containment. -Keep fire exit doors closed at all times to prevent odor seepage. -Deploy scenting machines or ambient fragrance systems in public areas to improve the overall sensory experience. In my view, a well-rounded hotel experience should engage four essential senses: 1. Sight – Visually clean, orderly, and appealing spaces. 2. Scent – Fresh-smelling, fragrant, and free from unpleasant odors. 3. Touch/Felt – Comfortable ambient temperatures in both lobbies and rooms. 4. Hear - Music at the lobby, hallways and pool which are done already With attention to these details, you will certainly elevate the guest experience even further. Thank you!

Our stay was truly delightful! The place is cozy, comfortable, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the housekeeping team goes above and beyond—proactively checking if we needed fresh towels, room cleaning, or trash removal. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus—conveniently close to malls and with easy access to transportation. The food was tasty and satisfying, adding to the overall great experience. We genuinely enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

I had a comfortable 2-night stay at Belamy House, right in the heart of Makati CBD and close to malls and major hotels. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Staff were very responsive and helpful, especially when assisting with my luggage on the stairs leading to the street. Despite that minor inconvenience, my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for its location and service.

The hotel should just apply one fixed rate for parking if it is paid, not every time you go out of hotel because it is expected you will go out from time to time to eat or tour around. Also, cannot understand why parking is paid for guests.

My stay was so peaceful! I would definitely go back again! One point is that there are some stains on the sheets and pillow cases that need to replace a new one. But overall my stay was so so good!

I really enjoyed how safe I felt with the guards standing by the door and by the entrance at all times. The pool is just a 25m size but if you want to tan and chill there, they have good furniture for that. They also have Netflix in the room so u can log in and watch!

This is our third stay, and I really liked the room and the surroundings. However, the parking was not ideal for us because we have a large vehicle.
