Ulasan Townhouse OAK Avitel Hotel

Worth the money. Better than those cheap hotels with bunk beds. My only issue was that they didn't thoroughly clean the bathroom. The toilet was not flushed when I checked-in and there was no tissue paper. But they have a blower, hot shower, and small refrigerator. I wished they used the same linens from the picture and not some old ones. The receptionist also forgot to tell me I'm all clear to check-out because she was busy gossiping and I actually asked for a wake-up call, it didn't happen.

Horrible service horrible room and room was next to a busy highway. Bugs in room and room not cleaned up asked reception if they could clean it up which they but looked like it was my fault that they had to clean up the room. Never again disgusting hotel

The one in the pictures are different. It was underwhelming and no amenities. Not even a toilet paper. The picture is from my first room. It was dirty. The toothbrush was a bit okay at first but when i saw the garbage and the bedsheet. I went to the front desk to complain and to ask for another room if possible. The front desk was really polite and apologetic. The new room was okay but the towel was not good. The stay was okay.

Still the best pet-friendly hotel in the metro! The staff are really nice and provide exceptional guest service. The hotel is also located in a very peaceful neighborhood even on New Year’s eve. That’s why it is always our choice for every occasion and we want to tag our furbabies along.

NOT GOOD NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY AND NOT SO CLEAN NO GUESS KIT

If you are a tourist and want to take advantage of your time this is not for you, no close to tourism’s area, very small shower, it’s like a budget driver hotel. But did the job, that was just to get a couple hour of sleep as we were just in transit. It is on the main street tho. High volume of traffic, close to the train station.

No soap for handwash or anything just a room with bed. Good for 1 night

The first time I went it was clean but this time around I found worms in the bathroom you know the kind you find were there is still water that’s been stagnant for days. The service was good.

Aircon remote control unit not available in room. Hotel maintenance has the remote control on hand which I think is not normal. Room temp quite hot due to such issue Think twice if to stay again near Future..

The facilities are good and the staff are very nice. Good location very accessible.

Based on my experience, if you can sleep with a noise sorroundings you can consider thiss hotel, near main highway ang skyway along thats why noice is observe. But the guest officers or staffs are friendly and accommodating.for me its good padin naman. For the fourth and fifth floor amoy sigarilyo ang lobby.

Everything is ok.. And good.. Especially people working there are kind and friendly but there's i can say about, is the room is not totally clean,. Especially the toilet
