I recently stayed at I’M ahotel, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The amenities were top-notch, especially the pool, gym, spa, or restaurant. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was absolutely delicious. The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Ini adalah kali kedua saya menginap di Semenanjung Manila. Saya telah berada di sini sekali dalam 18 tahun dan bilik telah diubah suai, tetapi tidak banyak yang berubah. Booked Deluxe Suite and Horizon Club rooms, both rooms with access to Horizon club lounge. It was my mom 78th birthday, Mini cake and some freebies were in the room when we got in. Ms Rose from reservation/front desk was very accommodating and very patient to our requests and last minute changes. The horizon club lounge food and services offer to privilege guests were overflowing and mouthwatering. Ms Jean, the Manager and Ms Sandra were very helpful and attentive to our needs. The staff, namely JD, Argel, Jazz were polite and friendly. Chef Russel from Circles Cafe served us tasty omelet, spiral sausage and slice ham. Several food options breakfast hall. It’s was a great stay at Makati Shangrila.

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

1. The room was spacious enough. 2. The personnel really takes the cake! Very courteous, speaks mildly and smile a lot. Definitely well trained. 3. Room amenities had me really impressed. Our own water gallon, a rice cooker, oven toaster, microwave oven and an induction cooker. 4. The buffet breakfast was really underwhelming. We had better selections at Seda Manila Bay and Seda Nuvali.

This is my first time to stay in New World Hotel and all I can say is that it’s perfect if you have plans to go around Greenbelt and Glorietta. Greebelt 3 is literally just a street away. Room amenities are a bit dated, and you can see that the one mirror is already dirty but all in all it did not affect the quality of my stay. Bed is great, room is spacious and the staff are all kind, welcoming and always greets you with a smile.

and while the experience had its positives, there were some areas of concern. The towels were not changed and looked old, which was unacceptable. Using the shower area is unsafe as it seemed poorly designed. the water container provided in the room was messy, which was disappointing. It would be much better if the hotel could provide bottled water instead for convenience and hygiene. Another issue was the noise level. The sound from outside was quite disruptive, indicating poor ventilation or insulation. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep so now like someone laughing loudly and opening the door is truly making me awake, reason I have time to leave a review. For a hotel advertised as five-star on your website, this was far from a five-star experience—especially for someone like me who enjoys staycations. It absolutely did not meet expectations. These issues need improvement for a better guest experience.
