Hotel dengan Sarapan pagi di Makkah

Pros: Super near to Haram. Nice and updated room amenities. Reservation staff Zain was very helpful and accommodating check in process was a breeze. Given a nice Haram view room and allowed to check earlier than the stated check in time. Ambience of hotel was good. Guy at the Dates counter was also jovial and nice. Cons Breakfast at M2 was nice and presentable compared to M3 as this is my 2nd time staying at this same hotel. After my 2 night stay was told by the young lady that we need to take our bfast at M3. Service there was real bad. Asking for coffee takes ages to be fill. You will need to ask several times then the waiter come and fill. You like being hurried to leave.. my friend was still eating and he ask if he can take take the plate to clear. This was super rude. You are not feel welcome there..on a side note.. majority are asian at M3 breakfast cafe.. The setting was also different .. vegetables are cut in bigger pieces, food are cut anyhow and the guy at the egg live station nearly hurt my friend fingers as he insisted to put the hot fried egg on the plate she was holding but the actual fact is he supposed place the hot fried egg on a separate plate. Overall: M2 are for their Arab natives and the rest of Asian natives will be assigned at the horrendous M3 cafe. Fyi I insisted for M2 cafe on the next day but was told it was full. I told her i will wait and she allow me to dine there.. unfortunately i saw there few empty tables and I am the only Asian customer at the moment 🤔 Overall stay experience was just mediocre as not much expectation .. as this us a religious trip. But is it a waste as the hotel was so grand and nice but operated by not so competent staffs members (which choose their preferred customers ethnics only in order to treat them nice) which let I believe most of the customers btings home a sad memory of the stay in Fairmont Clock Tower.

Everything was great aside from two major issues for us: the elevator waiting times which can take up to 10-15 minutes to get from top to bottom/vice versa in crowded lifts with no air conditioning which becomes very suffocating at times. Second issue was WiFi which is extremely inconsistent and slow, expected much better for the price we paid. Aside from that, we were very pleased with the room, location, facilities and the staff who were all very helpful.

Ok, first I don't believe this to be a 5 stars level but more an entry-level 4 stars, the 5 stars is probably there to justify the expensive price. if you're an Accor member you'll definitely feel the difference. Pros: - very close to masjid and Kaaba - room cleaning is done very well everyday. - the Kaaba view (but have to pay extra for it) Cons: - horrible check-in and checkout experiences: very long process: putting only 2 people at reception at Peak hours of checking (considering the big size of the hotel) is unprofessional. At checkout, had to get stamp a paper to get my luggage from the concierge, but nobody from reception and concierge desk wanted to sign it (each one says it the other one who had to sign it), had to pressure them to get it sign 🤦. - bathroom is very small for a ”5 star hotels” (see pictures) - breakfast & donner quality is good but definitely not a 5 stars level and organisation must be reviewed (e.g. putting only 1 omelette stand corner at breakfast where hundreds of people come in the morning leading to a long queue) Will I book it again? It depends, only if I want the Kaaba view, otherwise I will double check the other similar hotels at same distance to masjid (e.g. InterContinental) or if their pricing is competitive.

Le Meridien tower is the best hotel in Makkah . The manager Ahmed Shaker is very hospitable and kind person.I stay 4 times in Le Meridien. Tower no 4 , Tower no 5 and Tower no 8. all towers are good. Managment. Service anf price all excellent. Hotel rooms , bath rooms and kitchen big and clean When i come Makkah i will stay in le meridien LE MERIDIEN IS EXCELLENT

It’s a very nice hotel. Walking distance to gate 79 (10 minutes) which leads directly to the Kaaba. There’s two towers, 1 & 2, both have a great breakfast. There’s two restaurants in tower 2. There’s a cafe which can make birthday cake if you so wish. There’s a nice prayer room inside the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

2 staff members in particular. Mr Salim and Mr Ayman from housekeeping rude staff. They asked me to cancel my booking from booking.com and transfer the money directly to them. I didn’t so they said book through agodo. The dates were not showing for a quad room so they said just book it and we will adjust our end. The booking was not refundable and now they are not refunding the one night extra that I didn’t stay there because Mr Salim is now denying it. Second issue we had booked a quad room and we needed 4 towels, Mr Ayman from 11th floor housekeeping shouted and screamed saying you only have two beds in your room you get only 2 towels. I had to go upstairs and argue with him and have his staff come down to prove to him we had a booking of a quad room. Absolute joke and hotel have issued no apology. I came for umrah and literally the worst service I have ever received in my life. I am a diamond member of Hilton and I’ve never seen anything like this. MR salim also didn’t let me use the hotel Phone. Just poor service and it’s important everyone knows about it.

Very good hotel, best hotel in makkah, only 5 min to Haram Sharif, breakfast is 10 out of 10, staffs are 10 out of 10, check in and out is express, mall access through hotel lift. Inside clock tower

Umrah trip with family Mar 2023 Went there for Umra trip with family we were bit confused while booking this hotel since it is located a bit away from Haram (1.5kms), however, they have shuttle service with good reviews 1. Hotel is super nice, new and very clean. Checkin was super quick although we had two rooms and were given on seperate floors as they didnt had two rooms on the same floor. 2. Rooms were good clean and tidy on check-in. They provided all basic amenities like iron, iron board, safe, etc. However, the rooms service was an issue and i had to complain and ask the counter to get the room cleaned after requesting the staff for couple of time. 3. Shuttle service was superb. Evertime there is a shuttle standing at the enterence leaving in approx 20 to 30 mins. Drop off point is the bus station behind clock tower with hardly few minutes walk to the Haram. 4. Even if you use Taxi it usually charges 15 riyals during normal timings and max 20 riyals during rush hours. We mostly used taxi service which was also very convinient. 5. Hotel location is very peaceful, you can find few restaurants nearby and baqalas for basic requirements.

Staff are very friendly and professional and I would give them all 10/10, in particular especial thank to Ms Rahad - receptionist. However, I was disappointed from my room. My original booking was a room with city view but was given a room like a prison. I didn't like the room at all. The room was quiet big and clean and had everything you need apart from Iron which I had to ask for. The hotel is located in a quiet area next to a big mosque and supermarket but it's too far from the Haram. The hotel has a free shuttle which runs every hour from hotel to a bus which takes you to the Haram. This is not good enough and I believe it should run every 15 - 30 min. After long hours doing Tawaf and Saai you need every minute to rest and get to your bed and not waiting an hour in a dusty and noisy area waiting for this shuttle. Breakfast: paying at hotel is cheaper. Quality is average but below 5* elsewhere -just to mention some: pastries not fresh and not tasty at all. Poor coffee quality- just like water. But there are nice dishes and hope with small improvements this hotel will provide service.
