The hotel is nice and reasonably clean, and it is the most cost effective option. The bus to the Haram is always available. The receptionists, Mr. Alwaliid and Mr. AbdullAziz, are good people. I will definitely come back, Inshallah

I booked online and paid online and been told I have to pay £1.17 and when I checked in receptionist charged me 189 riyals extra in cash and didn’t put in system, have discussed with and then they made a receipt but over charged me. I would never recommend anyone. Room was dirty and coffee or something spilt on the carpet and no one clean all over 0 star

We arrived pretty early which was fine I understand that rooms were not available but the receptionist went above and beyond offering us an alternative so we could check in early. That saved us and specially my mum who suffered from a 12h flight! Rooms were clean and big - special thanks to Akib, Safroz and Dilshad for being so attentive! I was worried about the transportation and 10/10 for the bus. Always on time and very convenient. It stopped at Gazah station. We found it far because my mum couldn’t walk long distances but we were provided with a free wheelchair 🤍 The only things that kept me from not giving a 10 is the breakfast, options were more for a lunch than breakfast, only coffee sticks instead of brewed. And that I was woken up at 4am (despite my sign in the door) to be given a cup of coffee I requested the day before. I understand that needs to be delivered but is okay to leave it at the door 🥲 Thank you and inchaAllah will be back to this same hotel!

Hotel is great. Location is quite far from Haram but Ibis provided free shuttle bus. However, the schedule is not often. There is no hairdryer in room. But overall good stay

I booked a double room without breakfast to perform umrah. My husband & I requested early checkin and got charged 50 SR, but that’s okay since we arrived too early. The room was spacious and clean. They provided complete amenities except hairdryer. The housekeeping staffs was nice and helpful. They cleaned the room everyday except the first day because I asked for it not to. I did my own laundry and hang my clothes on rooftop. But make sure to clip it tightly so that it won’t blow away. The location is a bit far from Haram but they provided a free shuttle with reliable schedule. Unfortunately the terminal was quite far. It was at Shaib Amir bus station which is about another 10-15 mins walking to Masjidil Haram so I needed to arrange the time carefully especially on prayer time.

I stayed in the hotel for almost 5 days and booked again on the counter for couple of days after i backed from Madina. I suppose to stay one more day in Madina but since i booked the hotel so i backed on the scheduled day, But when i arrive i found the hotel has been closed . Luckily i didn’t paid for the booking i made and got back one of the baggage i kept there.

I had other hotels experience but this was the best,cleaning was good,near to Kaaba,department house keeping service,room and toilet was clean,Muhammad faizan very good service and bhivyer

Affordable price, very good for family, there is shuttle bus to terminal for transfer to another bus to haram

Best Hotel I have ever booked. This is my third time am booking. Although the shuttle issue of where it takes when going to Haram, and that is something out of their hands, but it is the best hotel I booked so far.

It was great and affordable please provide amenities then you will be better in hotel service.

Everything was just perfect except check out. They didn’t bring our luggage down we had to do it ourselves

Ibis ia a great place to stay the location is soooooooooooo good . I could see the clock tower from my room which means its around the haram and ur prayers are ×multiplied . I like the bus service it took us only 5 mins to get there . Thnx i willcome again in no time.

Great hotel for a short stay. Everything was well-maintained. The shuttle was on time and drops you at the Gazaa parking. Everything was communicated effectively. All our requests were fulfilled within minutes.

It was great .. love everything about this hotel ..so happy to stay during my umrah. Shuttle bus to haram always ready..🥰🥰
