Sedentary buffet breakfast meals. The staff are less friendly and readiness. Booking for city view but the is nothing. Overall is good and location is the best.

Extremely hard to access with vehicle and at the top of that they have only parking paid per hour !! 23 SAR per hour is crazy. You have to leave your car in public parking lot unattended to be able to stay at this hotel. Smoking is allowed in all floors except for two floors which is extremely weird choice from the hotel management !! The windows in the rooms are sealed due to unknown reason !! Really one of strangest stays . The only good thing about this hotel is how close is it to Haram

Location was amazing just steps from Kaaba A lot of shops and F&B options nearby Room service was really good we ordered in room dining and food was great But service overall was below average Breakfast wasn’t the best Be aware that checkin is 4 pm and it’s always very crowded

The hotel location is perfect from al-haram mosque however my quadrable room on the 10th floor was horrible. First it was actually a double standard room with 2 extra beds. The facilities in the room was too limited with no view window. The bell man was far away from the hotel entrance downstairs which made me stolen by 2 bangals who told me that they belong to the hotel. The food at the restaurants was the most awful thing anyone can ever experience. Starting from the horrible taste and ending by the lack of any variety. I guess this will be my first and last experience at this place.

The only advantage you get is the proximity to Haram. The furniture is old, not enough towels in the toilet, no iron in the rooms, and room service is not responsive and super slow. You hear a lot of noise from nearby rooms and corridors
