Kakitangan hotel ramah dan membantu, sarapan pagi yang sangat baik dan sangat mudah jika anda ingin melakukan Umrah dengan anak-anak kerana lokasinya betul-betul di hadapan Al Haram.

Two nights stay was just great; attentive but not intrusive staff made the difference. Miss Nehal and her colleagues at the reception, management and restaurants are among the best Marriot brands staff I have ever seen. Arrived too early for the usual check in but was treated in the best way with minimum waiting and an upgrade. The location near the HARAM is just great and the view from the 21st floor restaurant is awesome Wide variety of delicious food at breakfast and dinner time with highly courteous staff and good looking smiling faces every where . Some facelift is needed in the rooms though Thank you all Dr A Hawwari Titanium member

Hotel yang mengagumkan, kami mendapat pemandangan bandar dan ia sangat mengagumkan. Agak pasti akan kembali ke hotel ini. Semua orang di hotel ini sangat baik. Perkhidmatan bilik juga bagus, daftar masuk juga lancar tanpa menunggu kami mendapat bilik terus selepas waktu daftar masuk. Sarapan pagi mempunyai banyak pilihan makanan. Makanan tempatan dan barat. Sangat bagus dan disyorkan. Yang haram juga sangat dekat dengan hotel. Anda hanya boleh berjalan ke haram.

Perkhidmatan dan kakitangan sangat baik. Perabot, permaidani dan keadaan keseluruhan hotel memerlukan kerja semula. Kerosakan lampu, kerosakan tenggelam. Lif bilik dan tempat letak kereta yang mencabar dan mengelirukan. Bayaran letak kereta SAR250 setiap malam.

We stayed for a week. Overall, it was a decent experience although ultimately overpriced during Umrah. The room was relatively small. We were able to add a third guest at a cost of 300 riyals per night which was reasonable but only a bunk bed was offered and it took the minimal space available. The bathroom sink was clogged during our entire stay despite repetitive requests made to the cleaning staff and on the Bonvoy Marriott app. The food experience is however terrible! Iftar at the restaurant is extremely overpriced for 250 riyals per person and unjustified for a food of poor quality and not tasty at that. The scheduling was also hectic. Iftar was only from 7 to 9 pm and Sohour from 1 to 3 am; meaning if one wanted to attend Taraweeh, they would not be able to eat by the time they came back from the Mosque and would have to wait until 1 am to sustain themselves, which is ridiculous. We were therefore eating at the coffeeshop reception which was offering a buffet for 100 riyals per person, which was still overpriced for what it was. Only a few items were offered and not replenished.

Harganya agak tinggi. kerosakan. Tetapi ia bersih dan kakitangannya sangat membantu. Lokasinya tidak jauh dari Masjidil Haram tetapi tidak juga yang paling dekat. Saya rasa hotel ini akan menjadi sempurna jika harga dikurangkan sekurang-kurangnya 30%.

Wow! What a hotel! It exceeded my expectations by far and I really enjoyed every moment of it. The service is amazing, especially Mr. Muhammad, what a kind and gentle man. He happened to check us in and check us out. As soon as you enter the hotel the wonderful smell hits you. The decor is out of this world. The calm earthy colors, the subtle bling in between everything is well thought of. The complimentary elements in the hotel i enjoyed as well. Good quality coffee, plenty of towels, of diff sorts and sizes, a beautiful view! The shuttle busses were very frequent, most I waited was 2 minutes probably, but almost in all cases I didn't have to wait. All doors are opened for you and they make you feel like royalty. Breakfast was also a variety of good food. I will definitely visit again. It was cheaper than the hotels nearby.. Last I will say is Allaahuma baarik!

It is my first time to have a short stay in this hotel. It was a very good experience from the start of my journey at the reception desk with Mr. “saif” and his warm welcome and continuous smile, through the wide, clean room with its new furniture and many facilities, the good service of the house keeper “Samy”, passing by the most decent, supportive, and helpful restaurant manager; Mr. “Taher”; and his professional team, and ending at the reception desk again with the warm “see you again” from Mr. Abd AlRahman. From my point of view, except for the fact that the hotel is far from “Haram”, it is one of the best hotels in Makkah.

Staying at Boudl Makkah was an unforgettable experience that touched me deeply. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of calm and welcome that set the tone for my entire stay. The location, just 1.5 kilometers from the Haram, provided a perfect balance – close enough to feel connected to the sacredness of the place, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot that allowed for rest and reflection. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, adding to the serene atmosphere. It’s clear that the housekeeping team puts their heart into their work, ensuring every detail is attended to. Coming back to such a fresh, spotless room each day was genuinely comforting and felt like coming home. A special thank to Mr. Farouk, the hotel manager, who went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. His warm, attentive service and genuine care made such a difference, and it was clear he leads the team with the highest standards of hospitality. I felt truly valued, and this level of service was both humbling and uplifting. The shuttle service to the Haram was a gift in itself. Knowing that transportation was reliably taken care of gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus entirely on my prayers and the spiritual purpose of my visit. My time at Boudl Makkah was a beautiful blend of comfort, care, and connection. It’s a place that not only meets practical needs but touches the heart, making it an experience I’ll carry with me long after leaving. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet sanctuary near the Haram
