Ulasan Spa del Palacete

No staff at the reception when we arrived at 4pm, so we had to use local line to contact them. The room is big. Have to park in the public parking which is around 10mins walk away from the hotel. Hotel located in small alley.

Lovely hotel with spa that can be booked and used privately by the hour. Kind service and very central. Room full of amenities.

Great place to stay downtown!

위치나 집분위기 서비스등 전체적으로 모든것이 좋았습니다. 그런데 화장실에서 냄새가 조금 납니다. 호텔보다 넓고 쾌적합니다.

Close to all attractions and transportation . Great restaurants nearby. Friendly people. Safety. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!!! View was of other property courtyards and rooftops. Not much of a view

Big space, very nice staff. It’s kinda noisy, but that’s was expected. No problem after 01:30. But the Bed it’s like sleeping on an awkward hard platform. With springs making noise every time you move. Like it’s a beautiful big room. And you put a spring loaded stone platform as a bed!? Invest in a mattress! (I’m not overreacting)

Beautiful room, well equipped in a great location. Only downside was smell from bathroom drainage. Spa was extra and quite expensive per person but if you booked it it was for your own use. Walking distance to museums, port and cathedral.

We booked a studio which smelled of sewage didn’t have any wardrobes or closets and air conditioning didn’t work. On 2nd day I complained and lovely receptionist apologised and moved us to a bigger apartment. Much nicer very spacious and well equipped. Love the little welcome drink and snacks on arrival. And we loved using the washing machine and dishwasher. Only gripe was room cleaning which happened once

The apartment was in a great location and quite well equipped, however an awful smell of drains, door locks that didnt work, blinds that didnt work, so couldnt block out the light, and lumpy beds, spoiled our stay, way too expensive for what we got, plus communication seemed a bit of a problem

We had very lovely and comfortable stay i your hotel. Airconditioning did spread a little bit of bad smell to the apartment but no other complaints. Personel was helpful and very nice also.

The location was perfect! The room was really good, but the availability from the reception and communication from some people was really bad.

Great location and property was very clean. Balcony was great too.

Within walking distance of everything (restaurants bars shopping taxis) very safe area. 💯 will be back
