Super great hotel. Really clean, nice staff and amazing, I mean amazing, breakfast. The breakfast had so many western and Indonesian options. Even some Chinese options that I was happy to see. They can even make fresh noodles or cook eggs for you. The staff was so accommodating. We went on a three day trip and they let us keep our luggage there for those days. They also helped up to order taxis and figure out how to get train tickets. Next to the hotel is a nice bakery, I enjoyed eating their sweets while drinking some tea provided by the hotel and looking out the window 😊

Our room, facing the pool and the mall, was spacious, clean, and plain, without decorations. The room looked efficient and institutional, rather like a schoolroom. In fact, the echoing shouts of children playing in. and passing through, the halls throughout the morning, day and evening, made it feel as if our bedroom was one of many rooms in an elementary school. Probably more families than usual are on staycations during weekends. The breakfast from 6-10 am was good with many choices in the buffet and a lot of staff providing support. All of the staff are friendly and eager to be of service. The hotel is in a very convenient location. We took a taxi to the hotel, and we didn't know if the driver would be charged Rp. 10,000 for parking after he left us, so we felt compelled to pay the driver for parking, just in case. We discovered later that usually they don't charge for parking if the car is in the complex for less than 10 minutes. The reception staff told us that, if the driver parks his car (somewhere) and comes to the reception desk with us, he can get a document that will exempt the car from the parking charge, but it was always less of a thrash just to pay the parking charge. Considering the price, we feel the Aria Gajayana provides an average value on weekends.

This hostel was awesome. The facilities were very good with a great breakfast. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I accidentally left my running shoes behind and they kindly sent them to my hostel in Bali. Highly recommend for your stay in Malang. Thanks guys!

Fantastic hotel. Good service. Italian restaurant: overpriced Spa: extremely overpriced Staff very polite and helpful Noise in the morning outside due to some Muslim pray Will I return to that hotel? Yes, but without ask for any extras. We ask for a car service from the airport , we paid double of the normal price. (Later, we compared different GRAB driver and travel agents)

I was staying there with my family. Totally got Balinese vibes with a good ambience. Room is just common as usual but the outdoor area is great. Maybe you need to improve your hospitality of staffs. Sorry, as I am a hotelier too, I would say the hospitality should be increased more. I was about to re-schedule my stay but I canceled because it was not FOC. But then when I checked-in the staff was asking me for the charge of re-schedule (in fact I didn't re-schedule). I mean how could you missed it? I also was asking for the hairdryer to be sent to my room but the staff didn't give it directly until I need to call back and remind and no sorry at all on the phone. Oh I can't remember the name but there was a guy that assist me to the room and when I met him in the next day he still remembered me and greeting me in polite way. I didn't get his name but he has clear skin and thin body. Say my thank to him. But overall it was great to have you (Ubud Cottage Malang) for my holiday. Seriously, didn't mean to say anything bad. It was just suggestion to improve. Thanks

One of the best hotel in hospitlity industry.. It was nice 2 days stayed here..at 101 Hotel Malang Oj. Since 2018 ,101 is the first hotel on my list. I visited Malang because my daughter studied at Brawijaya University.location near the center of the town,nice clean room and comfort with the view of mount Arjuna.I love it. Thanks to the staff who worked here,Erwin,Wulan Nafisa,Amanda ,Rully ,and Ravin etc,for apl the attention and services,and the surprise for me and my family. I believed this hotel will be doing great and successin the future.

Tijdens ons bezoek aan Malang verbleven we 2 nachten in dit hostel. We kunnen het in 1 woord beschrijven als: VUIL. Zowel de douches, als de toiletten, als de bedden zijn heel vuil. We betwijfelen dat er hier gekuist wordt. Ook vroegen we hulp aan de receptie voor het boeken van Bromi, Ijen en de watervallen in de omgeving, maar kregen we heel weinig tot geen hulp. Tip: als je hier toch beslist te overnachten en een excursie wil boeken, ga dan naar de overkant bij Huize Jon, heel vriendelijke service! Wij komen hier allesinds niet meer terug.

Awesome executive suite in the heart of Malang. The room cleanliness is superb and all furnitures are maintained well. Thumbs up for the staff politeness and they are very helpful. The room are spacious and hotel interior match with the 5 star hotel status. There are few available activities for the guest and really love the clean swimming pool. The only cons are small gym and no Netflix in the room.

Hotelnya keren,lokasinya strategis,bersih tp sayang fasilitas kamr yg kurang ok, pertama kali datang ac tdk dingin,air tdk panas,sabun mandi sampai kosong,jd kita harus melapor n menggu untuk perbaikan baru menikmati kenyamanan.tlg untuk pihak hotel lebih memperhatikan itu sebelum tamu masuk kamar.terimakasih.

Good furniture although stain shower curtain, very good oldy ambience. Took it a whole night sleep without pill . The waterfall calming me so well. I did not have atry on breakfast, when im back i will for sure, not the good time to be together with bunch of group kids school cjeck in
