Prime Location: The location is a total winner. We were within walking distance of several major attractions and local eateries. Only few steps to Chunxi road and metro. Seamless Accessibility: Getting around was a breeze. The hotel is situated very close to public transport links, and hailing a ride-share was never an issue. Good Service: From the moment we checked in, the staff were attentive and professional. They were quick to offer local recommendations and ensured our extra towels and amenities were replenished promptly. The Sleep Experience: After long days of exploring, the comfortable beds were a godsend. Even the third bed provided for our group was high quality, ensuring everyone got a great night’s rest.

fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy.

Located right across Jinli street. Easily accesible by Didi. Metro station is few steps away. Decorations are simply amazing! Very beautiful surroundings. Minimal noise at night. Shower - good pressure, hot water is actually hot, not luxewarm or tiepid. Comfortable bed and pillows. Blinds provide complete darkness. Room was clean. I had to keep windows closed as it did not come with screens. Too many mosquitoes in area. For couple days we got small plate with tomatoes and snacks. New towels, housekeeping was daily. Breakfast was excellent - good choices, very clean. Coffee, tea, milk, fruit, veggies, bread, two types of eggs, noodles etc. Special thanks to lady with panda head band - she helped me with noodle preparation.

Hotel was in a nice quiet location not too far from Tianfu metro station which makes moving around the city very easy. Front desk is also very helpful throughout the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Louis Hotel in Chengdu. The location was perfect — very central and within walking distance of the pedestrian zones, shops, and many attractions, which made exploring the city extremely convenient. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning it every day. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the huge bathtub in the room, which added a special touch to our trip and made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room concept is very convenient and modern — fully automated with no key cards needed. You’re given a pincode for access, which made check-in and coming and going very seamless. The room itself was clean, well-furnished, and nicely decorated with a modern touch. Everything felt new — from the sofa and bed to the bathroom fittings. The heated toilet seat was a really nice touch and added to the overall comfort. Facilities were great as well. There’s a decent washing machine with a spin function and a spacious fridge, which is very practical for longer stays. The projector screen in the room is a standout feature — I’d recommend bringing a ~3m HDMI cable to fully enjoy it. Housekeeping is flexible — you can simply inform the receptionist when you’d like the room cleaned, which I found very convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and well-equipped stay. Highly recommended, especially for travellers who appreciate smart, modern living spaces.
