The service was really good, I checked in really late around 11pm but the staff on front desk was still friendly & helpful. When asked about my room preference, I had initially booked the most basic room with double bed. He said if it was ok to put me in a quiet room non smoking, & I asked if it was possible to put me in a room where I could see the apron / runway. He said yes & I was upgraded to a massive suite with twin beds. I asked to borrow a travel adapter & he told me just to call the operator for one. My phone was low on battery & I waited for about over 20 minutes after I called. Then I realised why it took so long as I was greeted by the infamous service robot that delivered it to my door. The only let down with whole experience was 1) that the window was left open in my room 2) there was brown fluid in my toilet as seen in the photo 3) there was a questionable stain on my sofa. But overall, the rooms & public areas are nicely decorated.

The hotel is great, with excellent views. The staffs are attentive and kind. Surrounding of the hotel has no shops. However the hotel has restaurant and bar which could ease our request. Overall I would recommend those looking for nice view, services can consider this hotel.

Nice river view from room. Spacious room. All see thru glasses for toilet and shower no block at all, strange design. Hotel guests were very noisy. Floor of breakfast room was slippery because of the food. Local rice noodle soup was delicious. Generally is not up to Hyatt standard. There are coffee shops and food nearby.

Kebersihan di Mercure Chengdu Tai Koo Li Chun Xi memang tiada cela, mesti bagi markah penuh! Sebaik sahaja melangkah masuk bilik, saya terus terpegun. Lantai berkilat tanpa habuk, meja bersih berkilat, cadar putih bersih dan kemas, terasa lembut dan selesa. Bilik air ada pemisah basah dan kering, peralatan tandas berkilat tanpa kotoran, kelengkapan mandian disusun rapi, malah celah-celah pun bersih. Kakitangan pembersihan bilik sangat teliti, membersihkan bilik tepat pada masanya dan efisien setiap hari. Sampah dibuang segera, bekalan diganti tepat pada masanya, menunjukkan perhatian terhadap setiap perincian. Menginap di sini langsung tidak perlu risau tentang isu kebersihan, setiap sudut bersih dan segar, memberikan rasa selamat dan selesa sepenuhnya. Sama ada untuk perjalanan perniagaan singkat atau percutian panjang, anda pasti akan menginap dengan tenang dan selesa. Sangat disyorkan!

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

這次入住體驗真的超出預期，從進門開始就特別舒心。房間乾淨整潔，採光和通風都很好，床品柔軟舒服，一覺睡到天亮。前台莎莎服務熱情周到，辦理入住高效快捷，有需求也能及時響應。酒店位置便利，出行、吃飯都很方便，性價比超高。整體安靜又温馨，細節處都能感受到用心，不管是出差還是旅行都很合適，下次還會選擇這裏，真心推薦！

I truly believe this is the best hotel in Dujiangyan! We had an amazing experience right from the start. Yao, Ya, and May handled our check-in and luggage with great care; they were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was stunning, and the views were simply out of this world! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dujiangyan.

The hotel is in the great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and is convenient to the central area of Songpan. All of staff was welcoming and the manager, ‘Xiaozeng’ was accommodating right from the moment we took off the train and arranged the driver to pick up us from the station. Do not worry!!! if you can not speak Chinese, they can communicate with you via the app, Wechat and help you check in through easily. Breakfast was simple but delicious healthy. Our room was very clean and convenient. The hotel was well designed, it blended traditional and modern style together. We really enjoyed our stay and highly reconmended.

Super huge room with queen size bed and vicinity to restaurants and pharmacies just beside the hotel. Very near to Tamg Yue Onsen and sauna to relax and soak in onsen after hours and days of walking and climbing up stairs at all the mountains. Near to Chun XinRoad ans IFS as well as Taikooli. The hotel is dated however all good for water pressure and hot water for bathing . Room come with air con cum heater, local tv programs, kettle and basic toiletries. 5 mins to Chun xi MRT and 10 mins to IFS Airport drop off and pick up stops which estimate takes 1.5 hours Airport. I include the bus pick up timing and price for guide as well. Renovations going on opposite building thus noise was an issue during my stay however pretty quiet during bedtimes when works stopped. All good as room price is not expensive at all.

Hotel yang menakjubkan dengan harga yang hebat! Terletak betul-betul bersebelahan dengan Taikoo Li dan Jalan Chunxi, anda boleh berjalan kaki dengan mudah ke stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan tempat-tempat menarik. Bilik-bilik bersih dan luas, tetapi apa yang benar-benar menonjol ialah perkhidmatannya. Setiap kali saya bertanya soalan kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu, mereka akan segera menjawab dan sentiasa sangat membantu dan sopan. Benar-benar mengesyorkan hotel ini jika anda mencari penginapan yang berbaloi di Chengdu!
