Hotel Dengan Wifi di Sichuan, China

The service was really good, I checked in really late around 11pm but the staff on front desk was still friendly & helpful. When asked about my room preference, I had initially booked the most basic room with double bed. He said if it was ok to put me in a quiet room non smoking, & I asked if it was possible to put me in a room where I could see the apron / runway. He said yes & I was upgraded to a massive suite with twin beds. I asked to borrow a travel adapter & he told me just to call the operator for one. My phone was low on battery & I waited for about over 20 minutes after I called. Then I realised why it took so long as I was greeted by the infamous service robot that delivered it to my door. The only let down with whole experience was 1) that the window was left open in my room 2) there was brown fluid in my toilet as seen in the photo 3) there was a questionable stain on my sofa. But overall, the rooms & public areas are nicely decorated.

The room is so nice, if youre a foreigners dont worry the staff here speaks well in english. They will assist you from everything to literally everything even the small matters that concern you? The price with the view its priceless! The foods. I cant stop about the foods, especially the yak meat pizza. Should try it! Thanks to the staff name, A Xing and shiqi but not nust them everyone literally so helpful. Thank you so much!! from help us to check in and check out. And we got souvenirs aftee check out. The hotel is very luxurious and has good attention to detail. Although the room we were in had an amazing view and luxurious feel, some dirt and stains and a few cracks in the furniture takes away the full 5 star wow factor, although it is a great room. Also the hairdryer is very very old and overheats within minutes, you need to pull it out, wait, then try again. Also the AC is not stable, at times we needed to turn it down as low as 10 to actually feel cool as the room is very hot and humid. The staff in general were very warm and accommodating and provided extra water for the room when we called them. However as we wanted to have a little rest in the morning we called to ask if the cleaner could come asap to only change trash and stock up the toilet roll etc, we were informed that there was only one cleaning lady and would need to wait. I find this quite questionable for a hotel that big. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choice. Pastries, cakes, local specialties, western dishes a plenty. However the coffee machine is weak and only provides espresso and americano, the hotel should upgrade the machine to accommodate those with tastes like lattes and cappuccinos as this is the norm in even 4 star hotels. The robot butler is a great touch.The location is actually very very good. Shopping malls and restaurants are very very close. Overall I would stay here again but the price needs to match the interior.

The whole environment was very comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant was great. We are on vegan diet and the chef could customise food for us which tasted great. It was definitely a great experience there.

I truly believe this is the best hotel in Dujiangyan! We had an amazing experience right from the start. Yao, Ya, and May handled our check-in and luggage with great care; they were incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was stunning, and the views were simply out of this world! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dujiangyan.

Ibu bapa saya sangat mengesyorkannya, jadi kami menginap di hotel ini apabila kami datang ke Songpan. Pembantu rumah Xiao Zeng menaik taraf jenis bilik kami secara percuma dan memberi kami sarapan percuma, yang benar-benar menggembirakan. Bilik itu juga sangat bersih dan kemas, dan pengalamannya hebat. Terdapat makanan ringan dan air Panar di dalam. Saya sentiasa merasakan bahawa ia adalah sangat bertuah dan menyenangkan untuk bertemu dengan hotel dengan pengalaman yang baik dan kakitangan yang mesra semasa perjalanan. Jadi saya pasti akan datang lagi jika saya mempunyai peluang pada masa akan datang! Hotel ini juga berhampiran dengan jalan-jalan bandar purba, yang sangat mudah untuk membeli-belah dan makan☺️

Super huge room with queen size bed and vicinity to restaurants and pharmacies just beside the hotel. Very near to Tamg Yue Onsen and sauna to relax and soak in onsen after hours and days of walking and climbing up stairs at all the mountains. Near to Chun XinRoad ans IFS as well as Taikooli. The hotel is dated however all good for water pressure and hot water for bathing . Room come with air con cum heater, local tv programs, kettle and basic toiletries. 5 mins to Chun xi MRT and 10 mins to IFS Airport drop off and pick up stops which estimate takes 1.5 hours Airport. I include the bus pick up timing and price for guide as well. Renovations going on opposite building thus noise was an issue during my stay however pretty quiet during bedtimes when works stopped. All good as room price is not expensive at all.
