Hotel Malé dengan Bar

Great clean property that went above and beyond when it came to cleaning and friendliness to its patrons. We flew around the world and they made us feel very welcomed. Just know you won’t know what’s all inclusive until you get there and it’s not all inclusive but it’s still worth the price in my Opinion especially if you don’t want premium liquor. Don’t use the mini bar, it’s pointless and they charge you a lot of money for the same product if you get it free with all inclusive at the different outlets around the facility

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! This was one of our best Hotel Jen experiences anywhere in the world. In most cases, Hotel Jen stays are more functional, and we don't get the full ”Shangri-la experience”. In this case however, the experience got pretty close. Some of the positives: 1. The upgrade to the larger room was a nice touch as it gave my family of 4 a bigger space. 2. The F&B we had throughout the stay was good - my family enjoyed all our meals while we were there. 3. Most importantly, literally every single staff member we encountered during the stay was friendly and helpful, and the service was really the best part of this experience. Every person have us absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of service. Some of the more memorable individuals who stood out for us (this is not to say the other folks are not as good - just that we did not interact with them as much): Riyaz and Arun at the restaurant, and Dilshan at the front desk. 4. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations for a Hotel Jen property. 5. The location was great. Everywhere we needed to go during our 3-night stay was within 15 minutes' walk. A couple of drawbacks though, although these would be pinned on the people who initially constructed the building rather than the people running it now: 1. The building is slightly dated/ageing, and parts of it could do with a refresh. 2. While the Executive room we stayed in was large, there was some wasted space in the room due to the irregular layout. On the whole, this was still a 5/5 experience, and the best part was really the service.

房間整體大概國內三星酒店的水平，而且十個有九個遊客衹會把這裏當作過渡酒店，所以也不需要對這裡有什麼過高的期待，但肯定還是比居民島上的過渡酒店要好得多，畢竟價格擺在這。 1，最大的優點是近，出了機場客運大樓右轉就有大巴可以直達。步行也可以，拖個行李箱慢慢走大概也就10分鐘不到的路。 2，酒店不提供轉接頭，所以當晚要在酒店給電子設備充電的記得備好轉接頭和插座 3，入住的時候記得和前台確認第二天水飛/船的時間，大部分都是前一天晚上20:00會幫你安排好第二天的轉運時間，然後前台就會為你安排好第二天的巴士，送你到水飛/船的辦理櫃枱。 4，如果第二天出發時間早，酒店會送你一個禮品袋，裏面裝有兩袋麪包和一盒水果當早餐 5，因為是過渡酒店，所以停留的人很少，酒店裡外都非常安靜

Perfect!!! Butler Ahsan is best. He was so kind and nice. All the staff were kind and the facilities were excellent. I really want to go again next year on vacation. After checking out, I was touched by the kind handling of the airport movement, airport procedures, luggage movement, and farewell greetings.

The receptionist was kind when I arrived after a nightmare taxi ride where the driver tried to pick up two men to come into my car. I had to scream at him to stop him from doing it. As a single woman, it really shook me up. The receptionist gave me a nice welcome drink, helped me with my luggage and was very nice in answering all the questions. The room was clean n looked like the photo. The taxi they ordered for me was $10 which was ok. I had a pleasant stay.

Из плюсов: отель предоставляет трансфер из аэропорта и обратно, который включен в стоимость номера. В ванной есть зубная щетка и паста. Номер в который нас поселили нам не понравился. Находился он на втором этаже, входная дверь при открытии почти упиралась в кровать. Очень тесный номер и там было душно. При открытии окна не происходило никакого проветривания, а спать с кондиционером было невозможно, так как он в любом режиме обдувал кровать, соответсвенно все тело и лицо. Так же было очень шумно, номер нам достался не с видом на море, а на улицу Raiyvilla Hingun. В номере не было тапочек, шампуня, кондиционера и мыла. Туалетной бумаги практически не осталось от предыдущих гостей. Когда на ресепшене мы попросили бумагу в тот вечер когда заселились, нам сказали что принесут рулон, но так ничего не принесли ни вечером ни утром. Завтрак в отеле не понравился. Мы предполагали что будет шведский стол, но выбора не было вообще никакого. Хотелось бы в качества завтрака видеть Мас Хуни – это традиционный завтрак на Мальдивах, состоящий из тунца, лука, кокоса и чили. По факту принесли омлет, сосиски, хлеб, масло, хашбраун, фрукты и кофе. В этом отеле нам не удалось выспаться из-за шума и духоты, завтрак так же не удался, попила только кофе и съела хлеб с маслом. По итогу считаю что за такой сервис 100 долларов за ночь это дорого.

Unless I asked to exchange towels with fresh ones, they didn't do that. Moreover, unless I asked to give me free bottled water and complementary tea bags or coffee etc., they didn't give me. They never came to my room to clean and make a bed during my nine-day stay. If I asked to do whatever I wanted, they would do it. On the other hand, the stuff were friendly and if I asked something, they would do. I hoped them to clean and exchange towels, leave bottled water etc. without asking. About the shower, hot water came out only at the beginning for a few minutes, and then the water wasn't hot enough. The hot water at the beginning was too hot to take a shower. I could hear even the sounds of plates and people's talks. If you don't mind the noise and asking to do something, the location is good. The Inn is in front of the ocean. Since the price of the room was affordable, I could endure. If you ask to pick you up in advance, it cost $20. but when I asked a taxi from the hotel to the airport, it cost only $10. Since I didn't take any meals at the inn, I bought food at some restaurants and ate in the room. If someone wants to save money, this is the good way. I think I only spent under $100 for the nine days without the accommodation charge. When I asked to pick me up at the airport, I didn't get any answer from the Inn, but a driver came to look for me to pick me up. I wished they would have given me a reply.
