The restaurants and buffet are OVERPRICED if you do not have an inclusive package... and the portions are rather small...the only restaurants that were worth it are the celebrity chef ones i.e. Ministry of Crab (the best) The view and overall resort / facilities is good and well maintained . The best part about the experience is the STAFF ... Hats of to all of them for carrying the weight of the rest of the resort's shortcomings. They are all friendly and helpful ... I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! The hotel near the airport. Very nice and helpful personal. The food at the resort is different style. Front desk and people at the airport very kind. Very good is you have to stay for transit.

as the most expensive hotel in male it could have been better. we travel every year to maldives so was expecting much better. yes, the room was much bigger than our usual room but it was so dirty. one towel had dried stains on it and there was only 1 pair of slippers. the bed sheets didnt look changed as it was all creased up and there was dust every where as if someone just left and it hadnt been cleaned yet. For the price of HKD2500 i expected it clean at least. Breakfast was ok but the service of the chef and staff there were excellent. thankfully the free transfer there and back to the airport the next day was seamless. I would give it another chance for improvement next year.

As this is one of the transit hotels in Male, we thought that overall experience was great, the receptionist was very friendly and attentive, check-in process was smooth. The room is as per photos and expectation, comfort to sleep in is the most important one! As our usual hotel practice, we will take photo during check-in and before check-out just to be sure things are all in place 😉

出行前看見馬累過渡酒店問題嚴重，踩坑的很多，所以特別注意選擇，烏**酒店距離機場不遠，打車7美元到達（可事先聯繫酒店免費接機），酒店安靜衞生，沒有明顯的異味（你到了馬累就知道什麼是這個異味了～難以忍受的“香味”）服務態度很好！！！第二天早上離開時是酒店幫忙叫的車並付款了車費！（去的時候我們自己打車過去的）。 總之，推薦選擇作為過渡酒店
