Great clean property that went above and beyond when it came to cleaning and friendliness to its patrons. We flew around the world and they made us feel very welcomed. Just know you won’t know what’s all inclusive until you get there and it’s not all inclusive but it’s still worth the price in my Opinion especially if you don’t want premium liquor. Don’t use the mini bar, it’s pointless and they charge you a lot of money for the same product if you get it free with all inclusive at the different outlets around the facility

I had an amazing time with my boyfriend in SAii Lagoon, everyone there was so kind and lovely! They treated us like family and we felt so welcomed. During check-in I met “Jack”, he is so friendly, professional and extremely helpful! Also he speaks fluent mandarin and English which is a plus for Chinese tourists who struggles with English. At the restaurant/pool bar “Mr. Tom Yam” we’ve met some amazing staffs there, always happy to see us and they served us with the most delicious cocktails and food! We were always so happy to see “Eli & Sam”, they gave us the best suggestions when we couldn’t decide on what to get, you won’t be disappointed for sure whether is food or drinks! They knew what we wanted before even telling them which was a plus! And behind the bar you have the best mixologist called “Joseph” he made us AMAZING cocktails I swear is one of the BEST ones I’ve ever tasted so far! They would always greet and smile. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who wants to go there. Before leaving I met “Tharaka” she was so lovely, kind and helpful! Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional! Will be back to this place soon! Your staff at front desk are excellent nd friendly . I suggest to provide additional front desk staff who can speak other languages also I suggest to provide female front desk staff .I suggest to add more Tv channels .its so nice fm yr staff to provide packed breakfast before leaving early from the hotel

This was one of our best Hotel Jen experiences anywhere in the world. In most cases, Hotel Jen stays are more functional, and we don't get the full ”Shangri-la experience”. In this case however, the experience got pretty close. Some of the positives: 1. The upgrade to the larger room was a nice touch as it gave my family of 4 a bigger space. 2. The F&B we had throughout the stay was good - my family enjoyed all our meals while we were there. 3. Most importantly, literally every single staff member we encountered during the stay was friendly and helpful, and the service was really the best part of this experience. Every person have us absolutely nothing to complain about in terms of service. Some of the more memorable individuals who stood out for us (this is not to say the other folks are not as good - just that we did not interact with them as much): Riyaz and Arun at the restaurant, and Dilshan at the front desk. 4. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations for a Hotel Jen property. 5. The location was great. Everywhere we needed to go during our 3-night stay was within 15 minutes' walk. A couple of drawbacks though, although these would be pinned on the people who initially constructed the building rather than the people running it now: 1. The building is slightly dated/ageing, and parts of it could do with a refresh. 2. While the Executive room we stayed in was large, there was some wasted space in the room due to the irregular layout. On the whole, this was still a 5/5 experience, and the best part was really the service.

Cumple las expectativas. Tiene aire acondicionado muy importante para los climas de maldivas. Precio acorde. El baño no estaba en la habitación sino aparte aunque es de uso privado de la habitación o sea que no se comparte con nadie. La habitación es pequeña pero está perfecta para una noche previo al viaje. Ubicación excelente. Buen servicio de traslado al aeropuerto.

For our 3 nights trip to Male we chose this hotel. Location was nice, and reviews. Was not bad, for the island it’s kinda nicest place you could find. 1-2 night would be more than enough.

All was good. Provided airport pick up and drop off without additional charges. Very nice dinner and breakfast with amazing view from the 10th floor, very nice massage in spa and all staff are smiling and very friendly. Only one moment:room furniture looking a bit old, may be need to do renovation. The rest of things are great.

The room is “okay” for the price. They have a tv in room for nothing, no connection to channels; a very small tv in fact. The shower room gets flooded with water when taking a shower. Room service is not there at all, you have to ask them to change linen, clean your room or clear the dustbin etc etc.. here is the worst part of this place. The service of the staff is real bad, no smile on the faces, no greetings like good morning or good afternoon, the downstairs restaurant staffs are very rude, i have witnessed 2 days other customers being treated unprofessionally. The service staffs have no passion whatsoever. They just doing their for money i guess, the management here really need to look at their service staff and train them properly, not a slightest smile on their faces while they serve you, i took 2 breakfast downstairs, even after breakfast i said thank you no reaction to their dull faces. Overall poor experience, not coming back for sure, anyone whos reading this review i am not recommending this place at all as you can get way better places in hulhu male for the same prices, management of Express Inn if you see this review please train your staffs to be more professional and passionate about their work.
