The hotel has a direct sea view and access to a bay with a sandy beach. That's about the positive aspects. Unfortunately, the hotel renovation that was completed in 2018 was only done one the very surface. Both, the public spaces and the rooms are shabby, dirty and designed without any love for details. A smell of stuffy air, chemicals and vinegar cleaner comes to your nose whenever entering the hotel. The staff is friendly but neither super attentive nor delivering on a 4-star level. The food served is average - once you take a look "behind the scenes" you get an idea, why the juice glases are dirty, the salt/pepper mills greasy, the roastbeef sandwich for €15 worse than at a gas station, etc. Unlike the pictures shown online, you will find rust and mold in quite a few places here. The access to the beach is dirty and not well secured. It's really a pitty as the place itself has great potential!

Positives… VERY friendly and smiley attentive staff. Clean rooms. Spectacular views of the ocean and beaches. Easy access to a sandy beach from hotel. nice chilled playlists played around the pool. Pool was clean. Brilliant massage and spa rooms. Breakfast was fresh, great variety including mimosas! Overall vibe is relaxing, it didn’t feel over crowded, there was an enough space for everyone. Would recommend a car as the hotel is semi remote. no supermarket or restaurants near by. Taxi to nearest port with lots of restaurants costs €17. Negatives.. The Dinner was bad. The green salad and sweet potatoes fries are the safest at Lunch. The menus are expensive. I would not recommend eating at the hotel. The Gym is basic. The rooms had no AC working but instead was provided with a fan that helped. The hotel could do with a little TLC. It’s a great place for a relaxing stay.

The suite with sea view was just incredible. Super conform bed , friendly staff and calming situation of all shared areas . Perfect location .Breakfast was very nice as well. We try also restaurant was lunch and dinner . Food is very tasty and have service all day long . Can’t wait to be back again .

We had a wonderful stay at ICON 💛 The staff are great - they go above and beyond and are more than happy to help with whatever you need (a taxi, toothpaste, cocktails, bookings etc). It’s a very chilled and comfortable a**osphere. The views from the pool, restaurant and rooms are stunning. There are two beaches both within walking distance. The closest one is much nicer… but be warned of the food shack (this we do not recommend!) The breakfast is great (mimosa included!), but the dinner did not meet the same standard. We stayed half board and every evening there is a set menu, but you have the pay for any drinks, even water. We only ate here on 2 evenings. The hotel is in a small beach town with not much to do, unless you fancy a brits abroad burger and fries! We got a taxi to Portocolom on a few occasions - so easy and a great choice of restaurants and bars. The daytime menu is great, but the drinks are very expensive for a small hotel. There also isn’t a local supermarket in walking distance so having to buy water and snacks got really expensive. The rooms are simple. It’s clear the hotel has recently been refurbished though so the rooms feel more 3 star, rather than 4 star. Overall, it was a lovely relaxing week. The staff definitely make the holiday ☀️

Lovely relaxing, quiet hotel overall. Isabel, Marga & Hugo were all very helpful on reception and full of knowledge of the surrounding areas. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. We hired a car for the day which was necessary to explore Majorca as the hotel is in quite a remote location (15 min walk to a Bip Supermarket was do-able). Food was excellent, and cooked fresh. Stunning beach just down the steps from the hotel with the clearest water (the nicest beach that we came across during the whole trip). A couple of negatives - the pool did let the hotel down slightly as it needs updating/cleaning and unfortunately during dinner you can hear the music from the hotels across the cove, but this seemed to vary depending on which way the wind was blowing. A door handle was missing from the patio door on our first room, I informed reception and asked to change rooms so we then moved to a much larger room which was better, although a little frustrating after unpacking. However we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the views and polite staff.

Our second visit to the lovely Hotel, we had a wonderful greeting and were absolutely stunned to be upgraded to a suite overlooking the ocean. Fantastically friendly staff, amazing location only a few minutes walk along an exclusive walk way to the beach at Murada. We will definitely be coming back and we highly recommend this Hotel.

It was fantastic experience! We had great time, hotel was beyond our expectations. The only this that missed is jacuzzi (it was there but not working). Location was also great, it is near to the most beautiful beaches ever (it also has it's own beach that is great). We loved the breakfast, dinner wasn't included so we don't know about that. The view from our room was a dream come true!!!

It was our honeymoon. The hotel provided champagne. Thank you. Breakfast is various and delicious. I've always had dinner and it was so delicious. It was quiet and the staff were kind. If I come to Mallorca next time, I want to visit this hotel again.
