Hotel berhampiran Baloch Mosque, Manama

لقد أقمت مؤخرًا في فندق Diva في البحرين. لقد تأثرت كثيرًا بالفندق بشكل عام ، لكنني أعجبت بشكل خاص بـ Jayat. كان Jayat ودودًا ومفيدًا بشكل لا يصدق. لقد ذهب إلى أبعد من ذلك للتأكد من أنني حظيت بإقامة رائعة. عندما وصلت ، أعطاني جولة مفصلة في الفندق وأخبرني عن جميع وسائل الراحة. خلال إقامتي ، كان لدي بعض الأسئلة حول الفندق والمنطقة المحيطة. كان جايات سعيدًا دائمًا بالإجابة على أسئلتي. حتى أنه قدم لي بعض التوصيات بشأن المطاعم والأنشطة. في يوم تسجيل الخروج ، كان جايات مفيدًا جدًا مرة أخرى. لقد تأكد من أن لدي كل ما أحتاجه وأن فاتورتي صحيحة. كما ودعني بحرارة وتمنى لي رحلة آمنة إلى المنزل. سأكون في غاية يوصي بالبقاء في فندق Diva. الفندق نظيف ومريح وذو موقع جيد. فريق العمل ودود ومتعاون ، ولا سيما جايات بالتأكيد سأبقى هنا مرة أخرى في المستقبل.

Stayed here from.the 26th May until the 29th May for a short break with my partner. We arrived on an early flight and we already knew check in wasn't until 2pm but they managed to do us an early check in which was very kind of the reception staff cannot fault their customer service the 2 female staff behind reception were lovely so friendly the male reception staff also fantastic the reception area is well decorated and very clean with some beautiful furniture pieces the fish tanks in the wall are stunning. We had room 107 which was only 1 floor up in the lift, very large clean rooms with everything you need beds huge and comfortable cannot hear any outside noise, air con works very well. You have tea, coffee and water in the room. Pool area is really clean, plenty of seating, could do with a few more sunbeds. The pool lifeguard is a great man very friendly always came over to speak to us, i left an item of clothing by the pool and he kept it to one side for me and came looking for me to give it me back which i thought was lovely and an amazing memory to remember who it belonged to. You can grab drinks and snacks from La Brasserie restaurant and they will bring it to the pool. The beach could do with some more sunbeds for guests, too many want to use it and there was only a few sunbeds the other half of beach belongs to a beach club and you have to pay. You also cannot take drinks on to the beach but you also cannot buy from the bar we had to be taken to bar by beach security the rules are strange maybe they need changing slightly as the beach is lovely but its confusing for hotel guests maybe put a sign up for hotel guests, the vibe is good here music is great we arrived the same day kube wave event was on and it was a god vibe allday. We ate at La Brasserie restaurant every night as the food is amazing and the portions are very big. Highly recommend the food and the staff are fantastic with great hospitality especially the one young man he was amazing always had a chat with us about football etc. The cheese springs rolls are amazing also the kebabs they are huge. The food prices are good for a hotel very similar cost to what we pay in the uk for a meal out, we also had breakfast here small choice but it was enough for us. We also had drinks in shift 7 the barmans really friendly, the bar is very clean, some amazing interiror the view overlooking the sea is great. If you require a shop you either need to jump in an uber to Lulus supermarket which is about 5 minutes in car or if you walk out of reception doors turn right head up the dual carriagways there is a small supermarket in walking distance. Hotel is a great location from the airport only a short drive away. Malls are quite local to if you jump in a uber. Had an amazing time here hated leaving to go home if we visit again we will definatley use this hotel. The hospitality is faultless thankyou for an amazing stay.

On 9th of October 2022 at around 15:00hrs. I went to visit a friend who is checked-in on one of their rooms help me fix something with my musical instrument. No greetings not even a pleasant welcoming but instead there’s one security personnel in a light blue security uniform who will stare at you fiercely which is very rude gesture. The room is booked for 2 Pax. This rude staring security personnel stopped me and asked for an ID (again no greetings at all) I went to the reception and handed over my ID for verification which is I believe is an Hotel Policy Standard and I understand since I’ve had worked for almost all of the 5-Star Luxury Hotels & Resorts here in Bahrain then suddenly things went confusing. The staff on the reception which I handed over my ID told me the room is booked for 2 person/pax, I said okay and he told me to pay for the sum of Twelve Bahraini Dinars (BHD 12) then I asked “for what should I pay for 12 BHD?” Then the receptionist replied “Yes, for visit you have to pay BHD 12” and I was shocked! I told him this is the very first time that I encountered such thing! I worked in Four Seasons, The Ritz, Sofitel, but I never encountered charging a visitor just to visit a friend. But the receptionist has a good follow up answer, He said “those are expensive hotel nohh? We are cheap hotel that’s why we are charging visitor for it” and I was like, “Wallah… Bravo” They let me proceed but in one condition to stay only for 5 minutes. And yes after 5 minutes they called the room and went to the room with a security and a Arab speaking/looking guy wearing plain black t-shirt and regular jeans. Though I have their names, I decided not to name them. Just depend their on duty timing of 15:00 onwards.

Посещали этот отель 1 апреля 2019 г. Отель скромный, но интересный. Были по системе завтрак-ужин. На мой взгляд, это именно то, что к нему подходит. Поскольку, до моря они везут на автобусах с 9 часов и забирают в 13.00 (вроде). То есть обед будет впролёте. К тому же мы сами ездили на экскурсии по городу, поскольку Гид предлагал за бешенные цены. Точнее экскурсии мы не брали, а смотркли в инете где и что, и ехали на автобусах. Еда после Турции ну ооооочень скромная, выбор блюд небольшой, но и отдых бюджетный, это надо понимать. Голодным не останетесь. К этому притензий нет! Номера небольшие, но в своём, восточном стиле, очень красиво! Кондёр работает, но мы долго не могли разобраться в управлении. На ресепшн русскоговорящая девушка, всё культурно и мило. Когда мы прилетели, мы рухнули спать. Перелёт тяжёлый, конечно. Проснулись лишь под вечер и была песчанная буря, небольшая. Очень интересно. Под утро - как ничего не бывало. Бвхрейн небольшой остров, а Манама тем более, но люди, конечно, очень приветственные. Особенно индусы. Помогут, подскажут, расскажут. Дошли пешком до НАТОвской базы, всемирного торгового центра, рынка, Калат аль Бахрейн (посещение бесплатно) и по улочкам прошлись. Рядом со зданием торговый центр. Мы покупали там сыр из Австралии, он был волшебный, до сих пор ничего сравниться не может с ним. Бахрейн портовый остров, там ничего их, местного вроде как и нет, однако со всего мира в торговых центрах, чего только нет.. глаза разбегаются. Итог: отель -4 (там разрешается курить, и дым по коридорам гуляет. Также там клуб на 2 вроде этаже, поэтому немного шумно, но у нас номер был в другой стороне), Еда - 3+++, сервис 5, экскурсии +/-

This place is an amazing find for budget travel, do not go anywhere else. It’s perfectly located to access restaurants and shops (for high end stuff you need to go to city centre mall area) but this street literally has everything you need. Megamart up the road is great for miscellaneous bits and pieces, I got a cheap yoga mat in there and you can pick up bottles of water and stuff like that for way cheap. The staff in the hotel could not have been more helpful and nice, they get my messy room spotlessly clean every day and Elvira at the front desk has been super kind and nice and sorted everything out for me. Room is huge with smart tv and a washing machine so I’ve pretty much moved in. Will definitely be back again!

فندق جراند سويس يقع الفندق على الوجهه البحريه ويعتبر موقعه مميز وقريب من مراكز الجذب السياحي سواء من اسواق او مطاعم ومقاهي الفندق نظيف وجميل . الاستقبال كان سريع ، والغرف متوسطة الوسع ومطله على البحر ، يوجد مسبح ومطعم ومواقف للسيارات ، يتوفر في الغرف تلفزيون وثلاجه وخدمة الواي فاي ، وحمام اعزكم الله وسيع ونظيف ، وفوط وارواب ، يتوفر في الغرفه هيتر ، وكنت اتمنا ان يتوفر كافي ميكر ولكن مع الاسف غير متوفر . يوجد في الغرفه صندوق أمانات وكاويه وطاول للكوي ديكورات الغرفه عصريه ، ويتوفر كذلك الدخول الذكي للغرفه . تعتبر الاسعار مقبوله الى مرتفعه قليلًا تقييمي للفندق 8:5 من 10 وانصح به Grand Swiss Hotel The hotel is located on the sea front It is considered a privileged location and is close to the centers of tourist attractions, whether from markets, restaurants and cafes The hotel is clean and beautiful. The reception was fast, the rooms are medium in size and overlooking the sea, there is a swimming pool, a restaurant, and parking. The rooms have a TV, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, a spacious and clean bathroom, towels and robes, a heater in the room. Available . In the room there is a safety deposit box, an iron and an ironing board The room's decor is modern, and there is a smart entry to the room. Prices are considered acceptable to a little high My rating for the hotel is 8:5 out of 10 and recommend it

الفطور رائع ومتنوع و و متكامل بكل الأنواع والمشروبات فريق العمل محترم ومتمكن من عمله وخصوصا الأخت حسنية وفيشار و ايكريم وكاريشما في المطعم والأخ عماد في الاستقبال الفندق يستحق اربع نجوم الغرف جيدة ونظيفة خدمة العملاء مميزة يستحق التجربة

Great hotel with nice facilities and services. Minutes away from airport, you can literally walk to airport and it takes 5 minutes. Amazing spa! I tried hammam for the first time and loved it. Massage and facial were great too. My massage therapist Jerryl was amazing! Wonderful massage and very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend!
