The hotel is excellent in terms of location, free parking, and connection to The Avenues Mall. The rooms overlook the sea, facing the mall. The hotel is very nice, especially on the upper floors. The reception staff are very respectful and helpful, especially Mohammed Bahraini and Abdul Karim Masri. The hotel offers a varied breakfast, with different main dishes served almost daily. Dinner is made to order, not a buffet, and the food was delicious. For those looking for tranquility and easy access to the mall or the city center, I recommend it, especially for families. The hotel lacks a spa service. It was a wonderful experience and worth repeating. Important note: Some rooms on the website are listed as accessible for people with special needs. Do not book them if you are not in a category that requires this, as they are generally not suitable for the average person in terms of closets, bathrooms, and beds. I hope the website will note this by stating that they are only for people with special needs. Thanks to the hotel management, especially Mr. Abdul Karim, for upgrading my room as soon as he learned of the notice. He handled the situation with professionalism and expertise and upgraded me, which made me very happy and made me permanently add the hotel to my favorites list and join Hilton membership. Apart from the view and the proximity to the mall, the price is a bit expensive. The facilities are average and there is not even a bathtub. But the only good thing is that it is close to the mall and there is a dedicated staircase down to the mall.

The hotel is very beautiful and the facilities are very new. The hotel is seamlessly connected to a large shopping mall, which is very convenient for eating, shopping and shopping. From the hotel, you can walk to Bahrain Gate in 30 minutes.

I booked for three people, but the bedding and toiletries provided were for two. They did this immediately when I requested, but I don't want to bother asking them for more. Also, I wish there was a manual explaining how to use the sofa bed. I don't see why I should try something new at a luxury hotel. I was extremely satisfied with all other aspects of the service, enough to alleviate my complaints mentioned above.

The location is just uncomfortable bed, room service is not 24 hours and the restaurant is closed from 1 o'clock

It is a shame that a hotel like this is in such a prime location. Beware of the expired toothpaste and the terrible breakfast.
