Bilik itu sama seperti dalam gambar, katil dan bantal yang sangat selesa. Pemandangan hebat dari balkoni bilik dan dari kolam renang. Terdapat sedikit miskomunikasi antara kakitangan sama ada sauna atau jakuzi berfungsi (tidak juga). Pelbagai sarapan pagi yang enak juga.

All rooms are one-bedroom apartments – much larger than the rooms of the competitive hotels. If possible, ask for a high floor room on the side with the view to the Rio Negro bridge. The front desk person spoke good English, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. There is a supermarket and a drugstore across the street. Several good restaurants and a big mall are in a few minutes walking distance.

We got a crazy early morning arrival time of 3am from the airport to kick off our visit to the Amazon rainforest. Needless to say we arrived exhausted, but Gabriel at the Quality Hotel in Manaus took great care of us. He arranged a very early check in for us (11 hours early) so that we could rest up before our tour began. Gabriel was a Godsend! Thank you Gabriel for saving us. The fruit flavored water is a welcome treat every time we pass through the lobby.

The hotel is amazing! Clean, comfortable and very friendly. The room is big, room service is fast and the laundry is very efficient. Talking about the restaurant, the breakfast and the options for lunch and dinner are so tasty. Enjoy your time there.

Desde el primer momento en que llegamos al hotel, fueron muy cálidos con nosotros . La recepcionista hablaba español y en todo momento nos atendió con mucha amabilidad , nos asesoró,nos recomendó tours y estuvo al pendiente de todas nuestras necesidades. Yo me enfermé y Julith, Jasmin y Eli me ayudaron a conseguir medicamentos en las farmacias. Estuvieron al pendiente siempre .me cuidaron y resolvieron dudas . Me quedó encantada con las atenciones de los chicos de recepción, buenas instalaciones en el hotel . Llevamos nuevos amigos de aquí. Muy bella la ciudad y sus atractivos turísticos. Sin duda, valió la pena viajar desde Guadalajara, Jalisco,México a la ciudad de Manaus, Brasil.

In this hotel is really hard to find someone who speak any other language than portuguese; they do not speak english, spanish, Italian or any other. In addition, the makes you pay an additional tax if someone comes into your room just for few time, not to sleep of course, like the room was for two people when it is for one. Really strange! One night the elevator was opening and closing the doors all the night in the floor.... I couldn't sleep. One day I go for breakfast but there was a political talk, after a few minutes of waiting (there was no place to sit) I had breakfast in the middle of this talk with many people, photografers and so... another strange moment.
