Hotel was overall great. Rooms were neat and interiors were tasteful. Would recommend introducing room service and adding more options to the food menu. Rest, the place is ambient.

It is a very convenient location which is near the China Town. Besides, the building itself is a beautiful one. However, the hotel is a bit old. No parking is available and the cleanliness is not really okay. Quite noisy especially during night time.

Everything was perfect. But it was a matter of big surprise/shock that this holiday inn Express hotel has not got a single USB charging point, not in the room, not in the breakfast area even. Would suggest to make some small investment like couple of thousand pounds in putting some USB charging points at least in Public Areas. Even busses and taxis are providing them The kettle in the room was so unique.

Работал один лифт из двух В номере было очень жарко, кондиционер гонял горячий воздух и не выключался! Пришлось в час ночи вызывать персонал в номер и переселяться с 4 на 6 этаж! Естественно, самостоятельно, никакой помощи от работников отеля не было Завтрак ограниченный- мало фруктов и овощей Никак не 4 звезды

Not quite as central as I would have liked but I compromised on this for the price - a Sunday night for two with breakfast was VERY reasonable. The room was clean and felt spacious Enough. Stains on foot stool and chair made room feel a little unkempt though this could be fixed with a bit of an intense clean of these. That being said the rest of the room was fine. Bathroom was clean, good size. Good shower in terms of temperature and and pressure. Good AC in the room, not noisey - which was good because it was a warm day! Simple check-in. Breakfast - options for continental and cooked breakfast. Clean eating area, plenty of seating available. Nice seating area near the bar. Overall a clean modern hotel. Would stay again.

Lovely staff and the location was easy to get to Manchester City centre or the Trafford centre on the tram.

I just HAD to write a review on my stay here. Well... this was my 3rd hotel in 4 nights of travelling. It was also the cheapest one, and the only one I was kind of dreading! Oh how wrong could I have been! From the moment I entered, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Welcoming, kind and professional. I asked if there was any fridge I could use to store some food items I was travelling with and they kindly put these in the staff area for me overnight. Could not do enough to help. The hotel feels more like a modern new hostel than a hotel. The vibe in the communal area felt very much like a classy hostel. It was warm, friendly and welcoming. Free unlimited tea and coffee down there was great. Breakfast was only continental, which I hadn't realised. Lovely pastries, but a shame no hot food was served. Rooms are very small, as I had expected, but functional, Plenty of charging sockets, good hot shower with amenities. As I arrived into the station at terminal 1, and was flying from terminal 1 the next day it is quite a walk with heavy bags. There is no shuttle bus or alternative way to get to terminal 1 from here, only the skylink. This would have been fine, but the moving escalators on the skylink were switched off. When I asked the hotel staff about this, they said they have not been working for months. I don't know why this is, but it would have made moving to/from the hotel a lot easier so it was a shame. Overall a very good and unexpected stay. For the price, I would stay again. Thanks to all the staff for such a pleasant welcome.

Located 2 minutes walk from the Tram stop, you can get directly into the centre of Manchester in 45 minutes so perfect quiet place if you are going to an event like I was. The hotel is brand new and located opposite a leisure park of shops, restaurants and a cinema. The hotel was actually spectacular for a town centre hotel, modern and bright. The rooms were very nice well kitted out with mod cons. As a hilton Honors diamond member I was not offered a free upgrade, nor a late check out after 2pm as they said the house keeping leave at 3pm. Overall it’s a nice hotel, but I would not recommend it for hilton Honors members as the benefits are very limited.

Nice size room with a fridge I booked it for my son as we were in the holiday inn near by and I popped in and was very impressed as well as having a nice size room the bathroom was really large compared to the holiday inn and to my surprise there was a fridge, again something that I didn’t have it had tea and coffee making facilities as well as ironing board and iron, it is in need o Some TLC as it is a little shabby and some of the blinds need replacing and the carpets and flooring need updating and the car park has a lot of pot holes but if you want something cheap and clean it’s probably worth a visit and I myself will give it a try the next time I am in Bolton
