Very modern clean hotel. Lot of choice for food. Staff helpful and happy. Very relaxing and quiet with lovely surroundings. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel bar offers a pleasant atmosphere with cozy seating and friendly staff. However, my recent experience with the pricing of their Nescafé coffee left me perplexed. I was charged an exorbitant $5.54 for just two cups of Nescafé, which seemed quite unusual for a standard coffee selection. While I do not seek a refund or an apology, I believe it's essential to suggest to the hotel officials to reassess their pricing strategy for beverages like Nescafé coffee. Such overcharging might deter customers from enjoying their time at the bar and could potentially lead to negative reviews. Apart from this concern, the hotel bar is well-designed and has a great ambiance. I encourage the management to focus on providing fair pricing, which would enhance the overall experience for their guests.

I only stayed 1 night at this hotel but it’s absolutely wonderful. Unlike most hotels in SE Asia the beds here are so comfortable and not rock hard. The shower was great, the water is hot and the pressure is perfect. Breakfast is 5/5 because there’s such a wonderful variety. They had fresh pastries and an actual omelette station. Another highlight of this hotel is the rooftop. There’s an infinity pool and a bar. It was nice to NOT have to scream across the table to chat with my fiancé because the atmosphere/ambiance is perfect. Nice light music and a very chill place to be. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ну а когда мы нанимали тук-тук, чтобы ездить по пригородам, то по большому счету все равно, откуда вас забирают. Вокруг масса магазинов, торгующих текстилем, много забегаловок, на соседней улице большая фруктовая лавка, кроме того, на соседней же улице стояло несколько грузовиков, которые торговали дурианом по бросовой цене (в сравнении с Таиландом). В шаговой доступности есть дрогерии COCO и AEON, где по довольно невысокой цене можно купить и лапшу/рис, и ассорти фруктов, и местные специалитеты. При этом место довольно тихое, нам в номере было комфортно. Номер средних размеров, уютный, есть кондиционер, чайник, сейф. Каждый день кладут заварку, кофе, но почему-то не кладут расходники в ванной, хотя коробка под них стоит. Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день, белье меняли каждые 2 дня. Единственное, к чему могу придраться - так это то, что горничные не очень внимательны, в ванной закончилось мыло и гель, а поскольку они не проверяли емкости, то пришлось пнуть. В один из дней пришли в 16 - номер не убран, тоже пнули. Почему-то нет таблички ”не беспокоить”, и на следующее утро к нам в номер вломилась горничная, хорошо, что мы оба были в ванной и дверь была закрыта на цепочку. Вечером в 20.00 выключают свет, ровно на пару минут, потом включают. Довольно слабенький инет. Предупредили, что в последний день будет рано выезжать - приготовили ланч-бокс и даже воду не забыли. Помогли с заказом тук-тука для того дня, что мы планировали смотреть старые столицы, вели переговоры с тук-тукером. Очень милые и приветливые.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Even tho they didn’t speak much English everyone we encountered tried their hardest to make us feel welcomed and help us to the best of their ability. The rooftop bar was so beautiful. A great place to have a drink and watch the sunset. The food was amazing! Every morning the breakfast never disappointed and the room service was equally as good! If you ever find yourself in mandalay I highly recommend staying here!

Great a**osphere and we plan to return many times. We are teachers in Mandalay and know many places to have dinner and drinks - this is one of the best. Very laid back a**osphere, live music often, and the manager is a great guy.
