Very courteous and helpful staff, who booked my room in advance on phone though i was uncertain about my trip. Made payment later. Room was good though AC which wasn't working was rectified when brought to notice. Buffet breakfast simple and sumptuous. Help for arrangement of transport also readily done by reception staff. Hotel near main market so convenient.

I had the pleasure of visiting Mangalore on the 17th of October 2023, where I was greeted with a warm welcome despite my late arrival at night after a 12-hours long journey. One of the first things that captured my attention was a stunning wall-to-wall mural behind the front office desk. This remarkable artwork vividly depicted the cultural heritage of Karnataka, featuring Kola performances, Kambala races, and other local traditions that have gained recent pan-India popularity thanks to the movie ”Kantara.” It served as a captivating introduction to the exciting experiences that awaited me during my stay. Let's talk about the accommodation. The rooms were tastefully appointed and impeccably clean. I particularly appreciated the Skylight Suites, which, while lacking a balcony, featured a beautifully decorated and spacious sitting area with a skylight adjacent to the main room. This clever design made the room feel more expansive. However, it's worth mentioning that the washrooms could benefit from better ventilation. In terms of dining, the food was satisfactory, but I would suggest diversifying the menu to include more vegetarian options to cater to a wider range of preferences. Now, let me highlight the standout feature of my stay – the in-house transportation services provided by the hotel. They operated with exceptional efficiency, boasting well-maintained and spotlessly clean vehicles. The chauffeurs were not only punctual but also displayed the utmost professionalism. I must give a special commendation to Mr. Balraj, who not only ensured our smooth transport to the temples we had planned to visit but also offered valuable insights into darshan durations. His willingness to take us to additional temples during our journeys, such as the Mariamman Temple in Mangalore, Rajarajeshwari Temple in Polali, Bappanadu Parameshwari Temple in Mulki, and Uchchila Maha Lakshmi on the way to Udupi (and possibly more that I can't recall at the moment) was truly exceptional. His knowledge of cultural immersion opportunities, especially during Navratris, was remarkable, and he even introduced us to experiences like the Yakshagana performance at Kadri Manjunatheswar. As my trip had a strong focus on pilgrimage, his insights into these sacred places were invaluable. His careful and considerate approach as a driver was exemplary. Not once did he engage in rash driving, even in the challenging and treacherous forested, mountainous routes that we encountered. Furthermore, Mr. Balraj's helpful nature shone brightly throughout our journey. With my elderly parents accompanying me, his assistance was greatly appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, offering his support at every turn. His unwavering dedication to both our safety and enjoyment of the trip made him an indispensable part of our experience. Mr. Balraj truly embodies the spirit of excellence in service. We truly enjoyed our experience staying at this hotel. Both restaurants serve exceptional food, the room service is very efficient, the staff is cordial, and the room size and amenities are perfect for making you cozy and comfortable. A few feedback from our side to improve the experience- - Should encourage sustainable practices like providing non packaged drinking water to guests and switching off appliances when the guest leaves the room even for a short while. - I suspect that the damage to the car door handle happened during the handling by the valet parking people. It could have been an outside person. There's a faint chance that the problem was there already and I found it only after coming here. So, this is not a complaint (as I am otherwise happy with their services), but a red flag for the hotel management to keep an eye on the QoS of the valet parking agency to ensure that similar experience don't recur.

We had an excellent stay for a week at this hotel. The entire team including the manager Mr.Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & the housekeeping staff were polite, kind , helpful, and prompt in their services throughout the day. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, with different items served daily. The hotel is centrally located with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Zomato & Swiggy also deliver to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again as well during our next visit.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine care. The hospitality was truly outstanding. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a restful stay. We especially enjoyed the soothing music played in the veranda, which kept us in a good mood and added to the relaxing atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. During our stay, my son experienced travel sickness, and the staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They connected us with a doctor and even prepared special food for my son, ensuring his comfort. Their tagline, ”Welcome to Hospitality,” perfectly describes the experience my family and I had. We felt truly cared for and appreciated throughout our stay.

Newly renovated, well furnished premium category hotel with reasonable pricing. Nice view from the hotel (highway view). Staffs are very cooperative and gentle. peaceful ambience. recommended for couples too.

Amazing hotel with amazing staff!! Lot of small things add up to the best imaginable hotel stay. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed staying here friendly staff, clean rooms. The staff were helpful from the time I check in and check out. I would like to thank the staff Mr. Uday shetty whose hospitality was at its best! I would recommend everyone to visit!!

Excellent property away from all the noise. It offers the best to family to friends who are on a weekend getaway. Nice resorts amidst the greenery of your choice. Neat wooden deluxe amenities, a nice fit to your pocket. Young and Children-friendly, you can find all that play and fun. Good food and service, with professional staff. Except this property is a bit far from the beaches of Mangalore.
