”We, the Alohanz,( 1999 batch of Fr Mullar Homoeopathic medical college manglore) had our Aura 24 get-together on the 26th and 27th of October at AJ Grand Elite Hotel, Mangalore, and it was an excellent experience. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone. The ambience throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect setting for our event. The hospitality was top-notch, with the staff always attentive and ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious, and though we kept the menu simple to fit within our budget, it was well-prepared and enjoyed by all. The service was prompt and professional, enhancing the overall experience. Overall, AJ Grand Elite made our get-together memorable, and we’d definitely recommend it for future events!”

Do not book this hotel and waste your money like we did. Learnt it the hard way. The only decent thing about it is that it is near to railway station. It is a completely rundown hotel. We unfortunately booked the hotel by seeing other reviews, but we ran out of the hotel just 15 minutes after checking in. We had booked the junior suite and the room was very small and nothing like a suite. The sofa did not have sponges in them and we could almost feel the wooden structure underneath us. They had just sprayed the room with hit so there were dead cockroaches all over the room corners and underneath the tables. I am sure if we had stayed the night, we would have seen alive cockroaches as well. The corridors outside the rooms are dingy with no light and dirty and smelly. Just outside our room was a laundry room where the cleaners sat and ate and slept openly (Yes we saw all this in the 15 minutes we were there) and there were dirty beds kept outside on corridors. This place is not value for money in any sense. We lost our money but you guys don't. Learn from us and do not book this place. There are lot of good options in Mangalore.

Location was perfect. Hotel is located quite conveniently next to the city train station. We availed breakfast at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious but the quantity was limited unfortunately. The room was very spacious and comfortable and the ac unit worked flawlessly to keep the room nice and cool. On the flip side, the accessibility for seniors or people with leg or knee problems left a lot to be desired. The few flights of stairs have no hand rails and the entire entrance was slippery due to rain. This is a big safety hazard. The hotel neighborhood has a lot of active construction going on which made it very noisy in the day time. The tv was non functional and while we requested assistance it took a long time for the staff to come and take a look. Finally, the lobby raked off cigarette smoke throughout the day. While the room itself was free from the smell of tobacco this left me with a severe headache. Overall this contributed to an average experience.

I was always searching for the perfect stay in Mangalore city and was unlucky last 3 times. This time the stars were in my favour! From the Welcome, location, checkin process and quality of rooms, this is incredible for the amount you pay, truly 5 star service!! Food in the room was also good and believe it or not, w got fresh coffee to our room at 6 am. Hardly any hotels have room service that early. I will be back

Spacious room with quality finishing. Kholer bath fittings. Excellent housekeeping. Reception staffs were very helpful. Prompt response from staff. Superb corridors. Complimentary breakfast was good. Almost 10 live items were available in addition to normal buffet items. Only negative thing noticed is the less visibility of the reception area from outside road.

This is a hotel with excellent views of the garden and above a mall and a station... However its dated.. Its not been worked on for decades... The decor is old and very dated. 3332 room we were in, the bathroom was like a propelled plane... Ancient... No blue tooth music. No nespresso coffee... Very 2 to 3 star kind and old... Got the high marks because of view and location. Not recommended... Bhagwan

We had a lovely stay here. The room was large. Unfortunately the mattress was really old and you could feel all the springs. The bathroom was ok and there was hot water. Air con was good. Wi-Fi was excellent. Breakfast was really nice with lots to choose from. Location was good. They did not clean our room in the 4 days we were there but towels were replaced upon request. No water was supplied only on arrival. We did ask them for some on the third day and when we checked out they tried to charge us for this

This was our 45th Wedding Anniversary outing. The stay, food, ambience, hospitality was excellent. Thanks to the entire team whom we interacted during our stay. Apologies for not remembering all the names. Special thanks to Anirudh Pai & Deepika for their support & warmth during our stay.

Great approach of customer hospitality by staff . They went extra mile to help us make our temple offering coconut cut to small pieces and give in a container on my request . I visited ginger manglore hotel for stay for vacation and company duty and the customer service is god from Mr Rakshith he is a maintenance staff he fix my trouble shooting technical electric work as fast and in time and I have good experience in this hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at the Goldfinch. Conveniently tucked away in the city The lovely ladies at the reception greeted us with warm and welcoming smiles and even helped with our luggage. Rooms were immaculate, bathroom and shower impeccable. Breakfast was a very pretty and tasty spread and service excellent. Delicious and piping hot Coffee was served in cute brass tumbler sets. Our departure was smooth. The smiling gentle staff was very courteous. Out thanks to the staff, chefs and management.

PPengguna TetamuThe room i got was very small and had a huge bed which took up all the space in the room. There was barely any place to walk around the room or navigate. The utilities were clean and well maintained. But the hotel did not offer any room service for ordering food. We had to order through swiggy. The guests who took the adjoining room made a lot of noise while talking and kept banging the room door as they entered exited. The category of people staying in this hotel didn't meet my expectations.
