Stayed with my family for a day and they gave me a free upgrade to the room with sea view. Friendly staff, and they got a clean swimming pool in which we enjoyed a great evening. They do have enough parking space as well. Food taste need to improve.

Spacious room with quality finishing. Kholer bath fittings. Excellent housekeeping. Reception staffs were very helpful. Prompt response from staff. Superb corridors. Complimentary breakfast was good. Almost 10 live items were available in addition to normal buffet items. Only negative thing noticed is the less visibility of the reception area from outside road.

Hotel citywalk is in a market area of mangalore but also close to some important places in mangalore. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and helpful too. The breakfast offered was tasty though limited options. The rooms es-ply the family one is big enough. All and all our experience at hotel citywalk has been a good one.

The location is good, the rooms are clean, reception was excellent. The breakfast was simple and tasty. The room had a good balcony to oversee road and another to oversee beautiful greenery

Neat cozy room. Provided with in-room coffee tea kettle. Functional tv, a/c and geyser. Tasty -really tasty food at the restaurant. Good choice of local and international cuisine. Right near the railway station. Commutable to all places. Plenty of autos and cabs available on ola and uber. Pleasant stay!

Pros - property is well maintained. With kind spoken adequate staff. Cons - our prior booking was for 2 adult and 2 children. Property also confirmed the same when we recieved call. However we ended up paying 1000 extra for extra bed inspite of prior booking for 4 on make my trip. There are many activity here which will keep you busy entire day. Children s loved this place. You need the be ready to spend double for your food if you are visiting on a weekend as property charges 650- per person for lunch and separate 650- per person for dinner which is on a higher side.

ZZahra baghestaniLocation is good close to center, 30 min drive to airport and close to attractions. Room is specious and has kettle, tea and coffee provided.
Wifi works perfectly. It's very clean. Staffs are amazing and helpful.
The only problem there are many mosquitoes in room and some cockroaches in bathroom

PPengguna TetamuLocation: only a five minute auto rickshaw ride from the city centre and walking distance to shops, eateries and pabba's, the best ice cream parlour in the city. The room: spacious, modern and overlooking the athletics stadium. The bed was super comfortable and the ac responsive. The shower pressure was strong, which is a big plus for any hotel room. There was a safe in the room and a mini desk for me to set up the laptop. The staff: always smiling, incredibly polite and attentive. Check in was a breeze with front desk staff well prepared. Laundry was done the same day. I stayed at the hotel for seven nights and the f&b staff impressed me by remembering the little details such as how i took my coffee and what food i preferred for breakfast. Mr mp shenoy, the managing director and his well trained team made it a perfectly comfortable and enjoyable stay. No hesitation in giving this hotel five stars and would recommend you experience it for yourself next time you're in mangalore.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is well situated for viviting mangalore. The hotel and our room were very clean and they clean the room nearmy every day. The room was nice and practical. The staff is smiley and polite always ready to give you information. You can easily get cabs or rickshaw for your visits. A few good veg restaurant not far from the hotel. The price is very correct.
