Clean inexpensive hotel close to SM shopping center.  No windows in the room but lighting was good.  Food was available at nearby Alfamart.

Not paying attention to their in-house guest. Their behavior towards their colleagues is disrespectful. I heard them talking back in such a rude way to their superior.

I enjoy the food. the location is very convenient for me. When they are communicating to each other, the staffs are very loud. you can hear them tongue lashing one staff in front of the clients using their walkie talkie. it is inappropriate and he/she even using vulgar words in the front desk.

The bathroom is clean; however, the bed is covered with long hair, and we have just checked in. Unfortunately, I neglected to take a photograph of it. I hope that in the future, they will vacuum the room thoroughly and ensure it is well-cleaned to enhance guest satisfaction.

The hotel is located close to a large shopping mall building. There are many gourmet restaurants inside, which is very convenient. The hotel room is not large, but it is acceptable. There is also a good breakfast, lunch and dinner that you can order by phone and have it delivered to the room. The hotel staff are very polite It’s a nice hotel with friendly service attitude…👍👌
