"Got this room last 11.11 sale, this is beyond expectations. Staffs are friendly even if there are so many people checking-in. Cons is that, I called the front desk twice for a hair blower but unfortunately, it didnt come. I hope simple things like that is readily accessible if needed. But overall experience is 10/10! "I think its more near to Terminal 1 and 2 but quite far from Terminal 3. They are on renovation during my stay but nevertheless still they have a top notch customer service. They help me to ammend my book coz i put a wrong booking dates. Cant complain enough about the hotel also coz i just stay for a few hours here coz i have an early domestic flight. My room are quite good though i dont have the sleeper found in my room, maybe i just need to request and also no drinking glass in my room too."

"We stayed for one night at Go Hotels Plus Mandaluyong and overall had a good experience. The cleanliness was superb, although the air freshener was too strong upon check-in—I had to open the window because it hurt my nose. We were assigned to the 5th floor, which I think is a plus. One of the staff mentioned that this floor is the Go Hotels “PLUS”—a renovated, upgraded version of the old Go Hotels. Even the colorway is different from the old green-yellow theme. The 6th floor still uses the old green color, though. The location is very accessible, right along EDSA with public transport available outside. Food choices nearby are limited (mostly Uncle John’s), but the small cafeteria at the reception serves decent breakfast like silog meals and toast. There are no complimentary water bottles, but the room has a pitcher and there is a water dispenser at the floor lobby—a nice touch for their less waste / go-green advocacy. The price is definitely value for money. Our main issue was parking. It isn’t free: ₱60 for the first 2 hours, ₱25 per excess hour. The ₱120 overnight coupon works only if you’re not going in and out. Since I had to leave three times for my wife’s conference in Makati, I ended up being charged twice plus the overnight fee. Overall, for short business trips, we would still consider staying here again if we need a place in the area."

"Not good of giving information and other service.. no free mineral water every day.. its not given to the customer.. dishonesty to the crew and staff especially the front desk when you call them, no hospitality and honesty.. cleaning and replacement of bed shits not performed.. not asking if you need water or change your bed sheets..air-condition are not working properly.."

"Subject: Feedback on Staff Training and Late Check-out Protocol We are frequent Savoy guests. Our check-in was excellent (paid early check-in at 7:00 AM, room upgrade, and confirmed late check-out until 3:00 PM by Vanie). However, on the day of departure, we were repeatedly called at 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM by a different front desk officer, who disputed the confirmed 3:00 PM check-out time. This staff member demonstrated a severe lack of coordination, empathy, and professionalism, attempting to bargain and failing to honor a promise made by a colleague due to a system oversight. Recommendation: Staff require urgent refresher training on communication, coordination, and emotional intelligence. Minor Feedback: The lobby scent is still bothersome and does not mask the surrounding drainage odor. Please consider a clean, refreshing scent like peppermint or eucalyptus."

"The electric kettle in my room is defective and it burn almost causing fire. My room was filled with smoke but smoke did not trigger the alarm. I'm making this review for awareness and hope it will help to save life. The hotel is a bit old and has safety issues already. The staff went to my room and saw the room was filled with smoke. I just hope they prioritize my safety by offering to evacuate me but they just replace the burned electric kettle. It's not worth it. Don't risk your life. This hotel is a disaster waiting to happen. I believe they are not compliant with fire prevention laws. It may be cheaper but it comes with a safety risk. I don't recommend this hotel."
