Kami tiba lewat untuk daftar masuk kerana penerbangan kami ditangguhkan, kira-kira jam 12 tengah malam kami mendaftar masuk, kakitangan di kawasan penerimaan tetamu, sangat ramah, malah memberi kami bilik di tingkat 5. Dan tiada lif langsung, Dia tidak baik. cukup untuk menawarkan tingkat hanya beberapa langkah kerana kami letih dan penginapan bilik kami akan singkat kerana kami merancang untuk mendaftar keluar pada pukul 6 pagi. kertas tandas di dalam bilik air.. Kemudian suami saya menelefon meja depan dan bertanya sama ada kami boleh mendapatkan sedikit air dan mungkin kami hanya boleh membayar selepas ia akan dihantar, tetapi dia terus menolak.. Saya benar-benar tidak berpuas hati dan kecewa. Bukan tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal

Good stay overall. Complete with toiletries and there was a roll of tissue for the bathroom. 2 towels, 2 soaps, 2 toothbrush + toothpaste kit, and 2 shampoos. Aircon was not noisy and bed was clean. Floor was clean too and the bathroom. TV has no cable though and I did not try their wifi. I like the room layout. It feels spacious. Another con would be no elevator and stairs are pretty steep. But it's great for 1200 ish.

Accommodation was excellent except at the moment toiletries was out of stock.

The room is super dirty. The pillow is super dirty. No towel provided. Room was prepared only when I arrived at around 4:30pm. No elevator and my room is 501. Very unprofessional and liar receptionist and housekeeping.

Nice room but no Elevator are booked room is in 5th floor and no elevator My G!

The linens and towels are aged, turned pillowcases. We booked the king room but they give us economy room. We are 3 hours late from the scheduled check in but we still wait for 30minutes before they say there’s a vacant room but need to wait for another 30minutes to clean up the room, we are so tired to complain because the will not refund your money in the first place. Staff are kind…but I can’t recommend it to anyone who don’t want to climb up and down the stairs because there’s no lift in the building.

Pros: - cheap - honestly very decent for the price, will book again IF there are no other similar cleanliness hotels at this price Cons: - no lift, economy room is @L5 so need to climb all the way - the receptionist kept my passport in their folder without asking?? - no hair dryer or soap

There is no elevator , give us 4th floor ,I am 70+, very hard to get into my room all the time.

Friendly staff and the room is a decent enough staff, very modern TV if that's your thing. Very good price , I'm only here 2 nights before flying home, location about 25 mins from airport 20.into city center by taxi. Very local area around the hotel , friendly people and very cheap prices. Only real negative is small bathroom and no shampoo.

The towel and bedsheet cover are filthy and have lost their original color. You can tell that it’s already overuse and it's time to replace them. No lift at all and we our room assigned is at level 5

Ok location. Got to walk a few blocks to get to a 711 and they area looks a bit rought at night. It's kinda hard to complain for the price. Make sure the front desk staff returns your full 1500 deposit before checking out! Room was what u would expect.
