Ulasan UrbanView at San Antonio's Place Sampaloc Manila

The place is very clean and accessible to universities in ubelt.

Located in the university belt off the main road, so traffic noise was minimal. The room was decent. The only problem I encountered was the weak wifi in room.

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. The last time was last June and we exactly had the same problem still. The last time we went here, they mentioned that wifi is not working since there's something that needs to be fixed. Fast forward to 4 months later, the lady in the front desk presented the wifi username and password but when we tried to connect, no internet still. The last time we went here, they gave us a different remote to the TV. Now, we got the right remote but lady mentioned that it's not cable TV but we can watch something thru the net. Poof. It's also not connected. The beds are comfy tho but pillows' too thin. The faucet in the sink was damaged. They don't have other amenities. Location is okay if you want to explore UST, quiapo, or divisoria. Overall, value for money, we've stayed to other hotels with way better deals than here.

Budget friendly hotel, 5-min walk going to ReSA. And room is tidy although a bit small for comfort especially for longer stays.

Bath mat was ragged and unpleasant, bathroom was too small. We woke up early in the morning due to the unpleasant noise from the wall, someone was hammering the walls nonstop for more than 2 hours. Associates were unorganized and looks like they don’t know where they’re doing. Price was okay. Will not recommend for more than 2 nights stay.

Room is not so clean. Price is cheap. There will be security money worth 1000. Place to eat are just walking distance. Surrounding area a little bit congested.

Some improvement it could use: slippers, complete bathroom set with comb and a pair for dental kit instead of just 1 set. Also, doesn't have a bathroom mirror, would be very useful to place one.

Wifi is not working 100% of my stay, was provided with a remote for a tv expecting that wifi is great but was not even able to browse the internet for the duration of the stay. Also, hopefully they can teach their staff to be respectful and apologetic as well as one evening I was complaining about the issue of the water supply. Because having no water supply for almost 2 days of my stay is really inconvenient. But for it's price I guess it was fine?

They turn off their wifi every now and then. The tv is useless cause theres no internet to it. Just go to Airbnb to book ur stay. Its way worth your money than here.

The location seems to be not safe - not for a family hotel. The area is so crowded. Rooms in the website is totally different when get there. I ended up cancelling booking and changing to a new hotel.
