Okay lang naman overall. For the price na 500 pesos per night wag kana mag expect ng luxury, pero sakto lang kung hanap mo is place to sleep. Basic lang room parang mot mot type talaga sya.

Okay naman yung location malapit sa shops at public transport. This is also cheap for around 500 pesos lang. Convenient sya kung gagala ka. Overall sakto lang sya, not bad pero nothing extraordinary din. Good choice kung kelangan mo lang ng place to sleep.

1. Amenities and towels were not provided in the room. You have to ask at the front desk—if you don’t, they simply won’t give them to you. 2. There was no bucket available for shower use either. When we asked, they gave us a dirty, moldy bucket. 3. The shower heater didn’t work. 4. The floor was dirty upon arrival. Wi-Fi was not available. They kept saying it was “under repair,” but during our 4-day stay, it was never fixed. Based on other reviews, it seems like this is their usual excuse. 5. The room was on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator. 6.The staff were not very accommodating or helpful. The air conditioner was faulty—it would sometimes get too cold, and other times it wouldn’t work at all. 7. Their pillows were too thin, and the blankets weren’t very comfortable to use. 8. Overall, the advertisement is not accurate.

The room is not clean、　I stayed there for 10 days and the room was not cleaned or the bedspreads were not changed.　 staff is friendly but not proactive　 shower room is the worst　There are a lot of insects in the room    I became unwell The photo of the information room is probably from when the store was open.

The place is dirty and lots of dog poop outside the hotel. The hotel itself is good and the services is not good as well. The beds are usually broken.

The location is nice, it’s located in the U-belt area where access to schools, food and spots is near. However, the hotel itself must improve their services, we arrived late and night from the airport and it seems like the only staff available was a sleeping security guard who doesn’t seem informed about our booking, they gave us a room that was only open which they claimed the customer only “viewed the room” and left, but the bed seemed used. The bathroom smells bad and seems like is not maintained properly. When asking for receipt, nothing was given as well. I hope that the hotel would improve their services service because the location is good and accessible.

Expectations vs reality, grabeh hotel pa ba yan? Dapat change niyo na mga pictures niyo sa actual na room binibugay niyo sa nag chcek in po, kasi nasasayang yung pera buti if my refund kayo, pagdating namin dun from church sa labas palang di na good ang environment madumi sha tignan, lalo pagdating sa room namin iba ang amoy mabaho, parang di manlang nilinis, madumi pa tas ang bedsheet my punit pa haysss kaya naghanap nalang kami bg ibang pag stayhan, imbis na ma inspired mag review para sa exam namin kaso ang nangyari na bweset sa hotel.

This hotel should be erased from AGODA and Trip.com. They only have one (1) room girl who serve all 4 or 5 floors. She was almost crying when most of the guests are complaining about the room since no one is able to help her. If only this hotel has sufficient staff and good management, this will have good review. They have very old blankets, small rooms for 2, no hot shower and the one with hot shower is in danger of electricuting the guests as it is grounded, dirty common areas, no elevator, no cabinets. More improvement in service as it has a very good location, though there is no available parking lot for the guests.

Very accommodating. Will surely book again if I need to stay around the area. Top of the list!

The entrance , the room and especially CR is so dirty. Destroyed door, not working TV, only one towel, not cool aircon, have coackroches, not clean tiles of the room. NOT RECOMMENDED

Maybe you want to improve the cleanliness and orderliness, also fix the faucet and locks of your units.

Super bad experience although some of their staffs are accommodating.need to improve a lot.

It’s like a motmot or dormitel type. Front desk service talks like you’re not a customer. Dirty front. Wifi is not good. Not for business travellers. Location is hard to find. No parking.
