Hotel berhampiran Sta.Cruz Church, Manila

My expectations at this hotel have been met. Staff are friendly, approachable, and polite. I am thankful that they allow me to check-in early (around 1 PM), and surprisingly, my room was upgraded for free (the executive room) with a nice view of the city and Manila Bay. Also, the room has appliances (refrigerator, microwave, heater, etc.). The location is also nice, as it is a minute's walk to Robinsons Manila. However, I didn't have time to enjoy the pool as I strolled around Metro Manila. One thing that I want this hotel to do is add a rug in the CR so a customer can at least clean the floor after taking a bath. Thank you, Pacific Bay Grand Suites. 🧡

It's condo and a mall within. A very convenient place to stay, design was nice and complete. Self Check In with a personal password. Room size was small but they managed to maximize it. I had a pleasant stay. Recommended!

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. This was my favorite hotel in the philippines. Until the last trip where we were blamed for smoking in the room. Which the staff clearly tells you you can do on the balcony. Upon check out, they seen a cigarette butt. In the trash can and then charged me.An additional ten thousand pesos. Asking for the policy on smoking, it states nowhere that the room cannot have cigarette butts and things of that nature within the waistcans. After questioning the staff regarding the fine the Staff constantly told me you could smoke on the balcony.But not in the room. But then continue to find me for smoking in the room, even though the smoke detector did not deploy. I think in front of them about the problem.And they left me sitting in the lobby for over an hour and a half for a manager to contact me. The rooms also lack certain items that they claim. They have some have washers machines some don't. Beware of the bath and the shower they're super. Tall and super dangerous to climb in and out of i'm not sure who designed that, but they need to go back and look at the architecture. For some reason, the first time i've ever seen in my forty years of life, someone decided to put the bathroom lock on the bottom of the door i'm not sure what they decided to accomplish with this, but even when I tried to lock the door it was unlockable. The views are beautiful, however, and the pool downstairs is pretty nice. The spa though sucks, however, because you have to take 2 elevator rides to actually get to where you're going right running around the hotel in a bath robe... The room denies and the layout's good spokennoise but with the recent issues with a ten thousand peso fine For no fault Of our own and the staff leaving me hanging while running away and not confronting the issue.I will not be staying at oakwood again.

The Leez Inn Makati is a small hotel tucked away in a little side street and is a basic budget Hotel. The information provided about the hotel is limited and guests are taken by surprise when they arrive to find out the hotel does not accept any credit cards. This info is not indicated on any travel sites like ******* Agoda ********** etc. The staff are lovely and friendly and are just working with what they have but it is clearly disorganised. I told staff I didn't have the cash and would have to go to a money changer in the morning. I arrived late at night which they accepted and the next day I went out and change my money to Philippine Peso and when I returned to pay my bill they said you don't have the exact money and we don't have any change. I was like WTF!A hotel that doesn't accept credit cards and doesn't carry change. Extremely poor! Anyway they asked how much I had and told me to hang on to it and they would try and get some change and if I came back later that evening they should have change for me so eventually this was sorted. The rooms are small and old and very stark in the decor. There is a cabinet and also a wobbly old desk and a chair. There is a bar fridge which keeps things cold. They provide a safe, dental kits, tea and coffee making facilities but NO tea and coffee. There is one tiny bar of soap about the size of a 50 cent coin. There is a small TV on the wall with only two English speaking channels and the reception to the majority of the channels is terrible. The bathroom is very small and the shower only has a shower curtain which doesn't reach the ground so then water goes everywhere. The water takes a long time to heat up. Apart from that the water pressure is reasonable. They didn't give me the room I booked and provided me with two single instead of a queen-size bed and the air conditioning in the room leaked and made a huge puddle of water across the floor each night. The second morning I woke up and asked them could they send someone with a mop to mop up the pool of water, and they agreed, but no one ever arrived to do it. The hotel offers the basics and the beds are actually quite comfortable and the hotel is ok for a couple of nights stay but there are definitely better more modern better equipped properties in the area.

Kakitangan saya yang jauh dari rumah sangat mesra, sentiasa penginapan yang hebat, sangat bersih! sangat peramah! Dekat dengan semua dalam jarak berjalan kaki!

Tempah 5 bilik 1 bulan lebih awal, tetapi semasa daftar masuk hanya 3 yang tersedia... Dapat 1 bilik saya sekitar jam 2:40 petang dan yang lain 3:30 petang.. keluarga menunggu di lobi mengadu kepada saya, sedikit kecewa... Kakitangan yang bersih dan mesra.

Pretty much brand new hotel which represents outstanding budget value in location convenient for Trinoma and SM North malls. Staff are courteous and helpful, also good security from attentive and polite guards. Rooms and showers very compact, neat and clean. Beats the competition from Red Planet and Go Hotels. Also free onsite parking and good WiFi (although went down on one night we stayed there).

Don’t expect perfection but for the price I paid and for the service received during my overnight stay, I’m rating this 5 for going beyond my expectations for this first time booking. 2 days before my stay, Savoy Hotel sent me an email reminder. It also says, “Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in making any special preparations prior to your arrival.” and so I give it a shot and replied with a request. Thank you to Housekeeping Team Leader Remuel Tayao for that creative presentation. Most of the staff I’ve encountered with are courteous and welcoming except for the tall front desk lady during my check-in. Btw, I hope you install a pin light by the room coffee/tea area and closet.
