Hotel 3 Bintang di Manosque

Initial booking was very welcoming and accommodating. Check in was efficient However the twin room booked was done as a double. We asked for this to be changed as per the initial request and it was dealt with well by the reception team. Good advice given as to local restaurants and recommendations were spot on. So the experience to this point was okay. However, upon return from our evening meal, we asked for a drink from the bar (23:03 pm) and we’re told by the guy at reception ( a different guy to the first one) that that was not possible as the bar shuts at 23:00. 🙄 ….. 3 minutes after closing time……. And no other customer in sight! We tried to rationally ask but we’re immediately snubbed! Sorry Best Western!….. very poor show! I won’t be returning nor will I be recommending you!….. and I’m cancelling breakfast tomorrow.

Le Provence is a hotel situated 2.5 km from Manosque and 1 km from A51 motorway. It offers air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. Hotel ini terletak di pohon-pohon pinus di luar pusat kota, menyanyi dengan merdu dan bersenandung jangkrik. Biliknya sederhana, tetapi semuanya ada. Bilik mandi menyediakan tab mandi dan sabun. Almari selesai di koridor kecil. Kakitangan yang ramah dan membantu. Anda akan menghabiskan penginapan yang santai dan eksotik. Walau bagaimanapun, pusat bandar Manosque dapat dicapai dalam 10 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel. Saya cadangkan!

Belle hôtel, mais un peu décevant. Bonne literie. Personnel agréable, mais trop peu nombreux. Salle de bain et douche très très bien. Réservé pour 3, Ibis nous avait réservé une chambre pour 2 (on a tout de même pu avoir notre chambre). Couette hiver (pour Juillet). Manque une liseuse (pour cette gamme d’hôtel). Petit déjeuner très en dessous de la gamme Ibis, pas de petite cuillère, pas de tasse à café (bu nos thé dans un verre à jus de fruits). Demandé tous cela mais jamais servi, car une seule personne pour faire la réception et le p’tit déj. Pour 125 euros ce n’est pas acceptable.

I visited this hotel as a guide for a group of almost 30 people in October 2021. The hotel itself is quite acceptable, although I imagine a slightly different standard under the 3-star rating. The service was also quite good. Unfortunately, only until the hotel owner got involved. In my more than 20 years career as a guide, I have never seen such an unpleasant, reluctant and annoying person as this lady. All I asked for was a few bottles of wine, which of course my group wanted to buy. Instead, we learned that we were drunkers who would only make noise and mess all over the hotel and that she wouldn't sell us a glass. And that was when the whole group was still on the road, she knew nothing about them and never seen them before. However automatically said things about my clients that I would not dare say, even if it was true. If you want a nice and peaceful stay withouth any annoying persons, avoid this hotel.

Nouvelle escapade à Manosque et un séjour supplémentaire à la Résidence Moulin Neuf Séjours et Affaires du 17 au 24 juin 2023 A nouveau très satisfaite de cet établissement , l'accueil y est toujours aussi sympathique et les prestations exemplaires .
