Simply perfect. We stayed in the suite, spacious, clean, really comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and constantly available. The proverbial icing on the cake is undoubtedly the restaurant, with a simple but refined menu and dishes with attention to every detail. We will be back soon, for sure.

What a lovely mountain retreat! A very helpful welcome, drinks in the fire lit living room, a fine menu for dinner and buffet breakfast, and we were given instructions (and a picnic lunch) for a beautiful hike. We also recommend the free tour of the Burel factory in Mantiegas

Excellent service with view, well designed rooms. Kitchen is best we have found in Portugal. Vegetarian, gluten free options, well served and plated. Rooms are small, no elevator. Staff is available to carry bags and address every request including laundry.

A real Scandinavian type of experience. Terrific accomodations and hospitality. Hosts were extremely helpful with our groups needs from riding in the rain most of the day. A very relaxing and enjoyable location.

This was not the first time we stayed at this hotel. It’s a hidden gem in the middle of the mountain. The roads to get there are in shambles and you don’t have absolutely anything nearby like a pharmacy or a small market. But maybe that’s part of the charm. The service is amazing, very welcoming and the food outstanding. They have a great indoor pool. The loan you bikes and can do a packed lunch for your trekking. They even give you guides. Toiletries are one of the best I’ve seen.

Amazing hotel, staff are amazing and really friendly, helped us book trips, hotel has loads of great amenities. Food is amazing. Daily free guided walks are amazing as well. Staff catered to our every need. Hotel is located in an amazing place, with outstanding views. Loads of lovely walking trails available. We had an amazing stay!

This property checks every box. Staff and Service. Top notch where nothing is too much trouble. Everyone has a smile and the overall vibe is delightful. There was an issue with WiFi in my room and it was responded to quickly and effectively. Food. Absolutely wonderful. The dinner menu at 40 Euros is a bargain... apertif, amuse boche, breads, starter, soup, main, dessert, and coffee. The food is well prepared and the portions are ample. I note the size of portions is much better than a previous stay seven years ago. Room. I stayed in the suite and love its ambience. Snacks. From 4 PM to 6 PM there is a selection of snacks... sweet and savory. They are diverse and change every day. I am unable to find anything that I would change. Highly recommended.

Estadia incrível. A atenção a todos os detalhes e às necessidades dos clientes é exímia. Até necessidades que nem sabíamos que tínhamos... Por exemplo perguntarmos sugestões de percurso para uma caminhada, e prontamente cederem uma garrafa de água e umas maçãs para as crianças... Piscina muito agradável, serviços que nos fizeram sentir em casa. Restaurante excepcional, onde comi uma das melhores sobremesas da minha vida. Fantástico!

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hôtel au design scandinave. Tout était parfait de l accueil au petit déjeuner, au goûter et surtout au dîner. C était délicieux. C était mon anniversaire et j ai eu la surprise d'avoir dans ma chambre un gâteau et 2 coupes de champagne. J Le lieu est un havre de paix, de tranquillité à 2000 mètres d'altitude avec une vue impressionnante sur les montagnes de la serra da estrella. Le personnel est charmant de la femme de ménage aux personnes du restaurant et de l'accueil. Mention spéciale pour Carlos et raffaelo qui étaient professionnels sans oublier tous les autres. Ménage fait dans les chambres 2 fois par jour. Café thé à disposition toute la journée. Goûter de 16h à 18h et apéritif tous les soirs. Tout ceci compris dans le prix . Le dîner est divin. Un peu cher mais délicieux 😋. Et surtout repos total. Piscine chauffée à 31 degrés. Chambre pas très grande mais on s y sent bien . literie hyper confortable. J y retournerai avec grand plaisir. J ai eu du mal à partir tellement nous étions bien.

Surpreendente. Por grande coincidência estava nevando (primavera!) e muito frio. A paisagem é linda, grandiosa. O atendimento é excelente, bons quartos, com vista. Um café da manhã muito bom e um jantar honesto. Também uma carta de vinhos moleque a, porém suficiente. Local lindo. Atenção na estrada.

IMPECAVEL! apos um final de semana incrivel nesse lugar, venho fazer um review porque essa propriedade merece todos os elogios, eramos acostumados a hospedar sempre no H2O, entretanto devido a queda da qualidade do serviço, resolvemos apostar em outro local e para nossa surpresa foi uma otima escolha, nao tenho palavras para agradecer ao Staff, quantas pessoas simpaticas trabalham naquele local, por favor, continuem agindo dessa maneira e fazendo que os hospedes sintam-se abraçados, inclusive um deles nos disse para sentirmos em casa e foi essa sensaçao que tivemos, conhecemos outros casais que estavam hospedados, jantamos juntos o ambiente era prazeroso, a comida bem confeccionada, havia o lanche da tarde, coquetel antes do jantar, abertura de cama, pequenos extras que fizeram total diferença, tivemos ainda sorte com o clima incrivel a vista do quarto com a paisagem de neve, a massagem no spa com preço justo, a certeza é que voltaremos, ja temos data agendada, espero que mantenham essa qualidade.

Hotel pequeno com imenso charme . Inspiração nórdica . Óptimo para quem quer fazer uma escapadinha de fim‑de‑semana . Restaurante e simples mas comida bem feita ! Pequeno almoço e óptimo e com grande variedade de produtos locais ! Atendimento na recepção podia ser melhor , chegamos não tinha ninguém na recepção , depois apareceu alguém que nos despachou no quarto nem mostrou o hotel . Piscina e fabulosa um espaço tranquilo . Quarto cama e magnífica o wc precisa de manutenção no chuveiro bem como nas tomadas para o secador e um pouco mais de luz !
