What do you say. Friendly, clean, everything in good condition. All Amenities close by. Peaceful and quiet. Me and my partner recently stayed in a rainforest cabin which on the website it was described as: "Rainforest cabins allow for maximum privacy, located deep in the rainforest and separate from other rainforest cabins." This was far from the truth and so misleading it's disgusting! We expected to have a private cabin away from other cabins in a secluded part of their rainforest, instead we had a cabin that was about 4 metres "separate" from ours. It wasn't private at all, unless you consider private sitting in your cabin with your curtains closed. Not romantic at all considering we could hear the next couple across from ours. And "deep into our rainforest" what a pile! As for the service, we were greeted with a careless bothered tone, and then told to fill out a form, explained where we go to find our room and then that was it, no "we hope you have a nice stay" or something more accommodating, we weren't happily greeted, we just felt like a pain in a way.. I guess we weren't the only ones who got this unwelcoming welcome. The cabins themselves are cute and cosy, but if your expecting a private and romantic experience then I wouldn't recommend the rainforest cabins.

It was an absolutely incredible stay. Garry the owner was so accommodating and helpful ensuring we had a comfortable and relaxing stay after a mishap at a previous campsite. The cabin and rainforest was so relaxing and calming. Absolutely loved that the dogs can stay in the cabin with you. Definitely will be back!!!

Beautiful area, very nice, it was raining for most of our stay, but inside the cabin was comfortable and dry. Very happy regardless of the rain. The frogs were enjoying the rain, croaking for most of the night. The sound of rain on the roof was also nice. Will be back.

I recently stayed at Koala Cabins whilst traveling on business and I will definitely be back! It was so lovely to be surrounded by nature and Hosts Gary and Madonna were extremely welcoming and accommodated all of my needs throughout the stay. I highly recommend this property for rejuvenating amongst nature. Great location just 30 minutes from the sunny coast beaches.

Gary is the friendliest, most attentive owner of holiday accommodation I have had the privilege to meet. The Bluey cabin was very clean and spacious. My disabled cousin thoroughly enjoyed her stay and she was very happy with the firmness of the bed which she said was very comfortable. My miniature Poodle, Mojo, was also made very welcome and was greeted warmly on a daily basis by multiple staff. Two of the friendly staff (both on a working holiday from Italy) were doing maintenance and were happy for a chat, and they were very happy with management who treated them more like family than staff. My overall impression was of a well run, friendly destination where everybody was happy. Management this good is not learnt nor by accident. You either have the skills and attitude, or you don't. Gary certainly is one of the best.
