The hotel was beautiful, well maintained, great location (beach access) and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only draw back was the bed and pillows for a 4 star hotel I would think that the beds (not comfortable) and pillows (extremely flat) would be of better quality, but other than that great hotel especially for a solo traveler.

Great place would definitely go back grey location friendly staff and the place was clean as well and they extended or check out time because something came up free of charge

The Hilton property could use an adults only pool. For the duration of our stay the pool was filled with screaming kids. Not very relaxing due to all the noise. Beach experience was lovely. Service on the beach was good. Had problems with the hard mattress in our room. Took Hilton couple of days to fix it with additional padding. Not very conducive to restful sleep. The restaurant offerings were great and the service was very good.

The room was terrible, the pool was small and basic with no view. Only 1 small hot tub for maybe 6 people (max). A budget hotel would have offered more! Specific to the room, it smelled like smoke, the beds were like cardboard, and nothing comfy or inviting about it. The hotel could use a major renovation for the prices they want to charge. Holiday Inn and Days Inn have them beat! They only offered me a $200 credit for having to stay in a smoking room that I paid $3K for.

Very dated needs renovation. Graffiti in the back of the bathroom door and bad touch up painting in room around thermostat that does not match. Look like it was done by a person with no experience.

The food was terrible. We had to re-order our meals twice. The breakfast buffet was not too great, but the omelets were good.

The location of the property was wonderful Too many taxes expensive for what it was. Very nice staff Loved lunch outside I like a more comfortable bed. Didn’t appreciate being charged to park in the parking lot That was nickel and diming

Idyllic location and beautiful property. Staff is incredible from front desk all the way to spa staff, housekeeping, and pool attendants. This was our second visit and even more impressed this time. Highly recommend visiting the spa!

If more than two people are staying in our room and have paid the resort fee we should get enough beach chairs for all 4 people. That fee for extra beach chairs was frustrating. Overall we had a great stay though

We were there for a shell collecting tour on the 10,000 Islands. We stayed at the property before and it was amazing. This year, ******* was supposed to have booked us an Ocean front suite, top 2 floors. We had 2nd floor, no Ocean view at $1,250 per night. I was slightly frustrated!! It was also cold!! The restaurant was too cold to eat in. When it is 58 degrees outside, you need to turn on the heat.. nobody wants to be cold at a Beach front resort. Also the hallways were freezing as well. This is what happens when the management isn’t paying attention. Lots of older Ladies in coats!! Locally we checked out a day early and got 2 nights credited back to our account, so kudos to ******* for doing that.. Next year we will book directly with Hilton

The beach staff, pool staff, dining and cleaning staff were all very friendly. While we have stayed here more than once (it is a nice hotel), I find it to be overpriced - daily parking fees, resort fees, the convenience store in hotel was ridiculously priced, etc… Rooms were ok but nothing special for the price.
