We stayed here for two nights for my sons tournament. It was (mostly) clean (a little iffy on the shower tiles and a hair in my bed) but otherwise clean. Rooms were very spacious and front desk was super helpful. The bed were very uncomfortable for me (wayyy too soft) but my family was okay. The air vent while running heat blasted directly onto my face and it was not pleasant and dried my mouth and face out. Did not provide a dish sponge but received one at the front desk and also borrowed a blender which was convenient. Pool looked clean, hot tub did not. Putting area is very small, one hole and basketball was one hoop, but fun things to do as time killers. Breakfast was probably the best quality I’ve had for a chain hotel brand. Would stay here again but only if we did not get a wheel accessible room and if the beds were not as soft.

Colorado to San Diego road-trip, A late arrival (2 am ) and very tired because unforeseen circumstances ( on the road emergencies ) my husband checked us in and Robbie the Front desk agent was very empathetic of our situation and surprised us with an upgrade to a 2 bedroom Villa - our kids were excited to have a room to themselves and were ok to wait and swim until the morning instead at night . Kids got to go to the pool in the morning after they woke up at 9:30 am , when the time for check out at 11 am obviously they were not ready to leave the pool, I called the front desk to request late check out and Laurie was kind enough to allow us, now kids want to come back to this hotel again on our next road trip!

When we arrived at your hotel at 5:00pm, we were put into a room that overlooked the roof with the heating and cooling vents. I went down and asked for another room, and they gave me a room overlooking the parking. The room was like a Motel 6. I was so very disappointed, especially with what we paid for the room, especially in Scottsdale. The next morning I went down to breakfast, and found out that I was to pay $10.00 for a continental breakfast or $17.00 for a deluxe breakfast. I opted out of the deluxe. Everyone who ordered the deluxe breakfast was served coffee, orange juice, etc. The waiters kept filling their coffee cups. They never came to me and asked me if I would like to have more coffer of juice. I felt like a 2nd class citizen. My husband had to a procedure at the Digestive Health Clinic across the street. That is why we chose your hotel. I am so disappointed in Hilton. We have always had wonderful experiences with them. Not his time.

Don’t ever book this property if you actually want a good night stay. On January 1, 2021 room was booked at this comfort Inn and suites and the person behind the desk at three in the morning said a deposit was needed. It was a room for my grandson and his credit card was not working because it was a holiday the banks couldn’t correct the issue. I wanted them to put the charges on my credit card but they needed a form signed. By this point it’s almost 4 in the morning and I had no access to a printer and a scanner. The person behind the counter became very rude so the room was already booked and paid for I had to get cash to my grandson and when he came back with cash for the deposit he was denied access to the room because this front desk clerk felt I was not courteous enough to him. So by this time it’s five in the morning the room was paid for the deposit was there and he had to find a different place to go. When I tried to fill out the form and ask them to send it to me he hung the phone up on me and kept hanging up on all my calls as I was trying to get a hold of him. Now I have been charged almost $100 for a room that was never used. I have never encountered anybody like this person in my life. The next hotel that we went to was extremely accommodating and did all they could to help. Therefore if you look and see all this one star reviews they are more than justified. I’m going to try to get a hold of the manager and see what he’s going to do about my hundred dollars I will write a follow up after I talk to him.

Saya sangat menyukai hotel ini. Secara tidak sengaja akan tinggal lagi. Satu-satunya bahagian bawah adalah (kecuali jika saya terlepas dan saya mencari di seluruh) saya tidak dapat mencari bilik mandi berhampiran kawasan kolam renang? Oleh itu, saya terpaksa kembali ke bilik saya beberapa kali untuk itu. Mungkin saya merindui mereka? Selain itu saya sangat menikmati kawasan kolam renang dan bilik hotel saya!

Suami saya dan saya mempunyai masa yang hebat di sini, hanya perkara yang buruk ialah tiada lagi sarapan pagi. Selain itu, ia adalah penginapan yang sangat bagus, dan kami menikmati diri kami sendiri!
