Very busy with so much food and really enjoyed the kids entertainment

The hotel is beautiful, the entertainment is brilliant, the staff are kind and helpful. The food in the restaurant has a lot of different selection which is very helpful. The evening shows are very enjoyable, will most definitely be back next year!

This hotel is disgusting, we arrived on the 29th of April and are here until the 13th of may (if we can’t get early flights home) on the second day we went down for the buffet my little sister age-4 got the chicken nuggets and chips she sat down on the table with her food all happy she takes a bite in the chicken and it’s raw fully raw chicken mixed with half cooked chicken it was disgusting she kept eating until I looked over and saw how raw the nuggets were so I took them of her and went to the kitchen to explain there not cooked and they said “no way they are look yummy” then I said look there not cooked sort it out for other people until people get sick then he said “no speak English” he was laughing joking with his mates it was disgusting and disappointing. The next day she had to stay on bed all day being sick everywhere with a headache! Next day she was ok but still iffy but can I just say as well staff here can be really kind but for the most nasty and inappropriate the only way you can get a sunbeam is if u go down early and put a towel on top it which I did today and they got thrown in pool by staff horrible people if I could I would give it a 0 star review

The Julian club is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to, the entertainment team are always on the toes keeping everyone happy making sure the kids have a good time would definitely recommend booking if you want a family friendly holiday xx

Me and my boyfriend stayed here very recently. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the food and drinks to the staff! The entertainment team was amazing especially Alice, she is the best she’s always so active and fun to be around! we had a lot of fun. We took part in the couples competition which we loved it was a lot of fun! The bingo each night was also amazing we really enjoyed taking part in that. I highly Reccomend this hotel.

I was here in April for 10 days and for over £1000 for me and my 2 year old son was NOT worth it, there were another 2 adults not included in my price above^, the hotel lobby was lovely and clean, the rooms were clean but very outdated! & very squashed together. I was expecting a proper bed for my 2 year old but instead got a travel cot which he hated and would not sleep in it! The food was VERY repetitive, Monday could be chicken curry, Tuesday could be Curry Chicken & Wednesday could be coconut curry even tho it was literally the exact same thing! They do it with lots of there foods. Most food has vegetable in them (I don’t like vegetable so I didn’t like 90% of the food), pools were okay, but the towel situation was out of hand, I could get seated with my 2 year old, kids pool was FREEZING, would have expected it to be warmer due to young kids being in it. Back to the room. The rooms were very tiny 3 adults and a 2 year old, I couldn’t get my sons buggy in as if I brought the buggy in the door couldn’t close. & if I opened buggy in room the door wouldn’t be able to open. Had to fold down every single time resulting in my buggy being broke 5 days into my holiday. Hotel room was very dark too even with all the lights on and curations open, room was outdated. Air con started pouring water out i went to reception & within 15 minutes 2 men at the door fixing it which took about 1 hour… also when we first arrived I went to make my son tea (he loves tea!) and the kettle was mouldy, got that fixed within 30 minutes. Kids club started from 4 years old there was nothing for 2 year olds even with the parents. The hotel is very far out from everything. Overall hotel was okay, would I return? No. I need one which is more accommodating as “family friendly” for younger children

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever been too in the 5 different years I have been to turkey mamaris this hotel have the best entertainment staff I have seen they don’t leave one person out. They always come round table to table or sunbed to sunbed and talk to everyone. The entertainment at night is also amazing. Hotel rooms can be abit cramped but overall anyone can deal with it for a while. 100% recommend for a family holiday away of a couples hotel.
