Ulasan Hotel Relax Marrakech

The hotel receptionist, asked me to pay 60DH when I was leaving, and this is a way too much almost 6 euros for tax charges. After I complained they said that they charged only 20DH which is a lie. Anyway this is to tell other people what they will expect.

When I arrive my room there is no bathroom slippers and the sofa was dirty

In general the hotel is good

Nice facility at a great location. Just outside from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech

The location of hotel is very close to supermarket, shops and many restaurants.

La chambre était horrible. La fenêtre au 3 eme étages ne ferme pas avec les enfants c est dangereux. Une circulaire très importante autour de l’hôtel jour et nuit, on a l’impression de dormir dans la rue avec les bruits. Les toilettes avait une odeur fort de pipi comme quand il y a une infection . Séjour horrible et fatigant. Personnel très désagréable et ils s’en foutent complètement si il y a un problème. Pas de coffre fort pour les passeports.

The Hotel refused to honor my cancellation insurance even though one of us got sick and we could not arrive that night.

no air conditioning in the bedrooms, I asked multiple times to get this addressed and workers kept saying they would look into it until finally one of them shared that they don't run air-conditioning in the bedrooms after October until the summer. Staff is not very helpful. The location is far from most tourist attractions.

We spend two nights at this hotel, our room was clean, hot shower and comfortable bed including good breakfast, the only Wifi was slow on our room. We strongly recommended this hotel to everyone, calm place and many restaurants are closer, also you can take a nice walk into the shopping center.

It was clean with excellent front office, nice clean restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

Relax hotel the name says it all it is definitely a place to "relax" the hotel is quaint but modern and i had quite a comfortable stay the pool area is quite peaceful green and refreshing oasis ( and even better a friendly cat to greet you) in contrast to the hectic pace of the city The breakfast although bountiful can get repetitive day by day an omelette and pancake/crepe station is needed the salad selection was quite good actually the mint tea was cool although i really liked the hot milk for the coffee What was missing is freshly squeezed orange juice (instead of the processed variety) The dinner has delicious french chicken dishes (plat) to choose from The rooms are very clean the pillows very cushiony and adds charm to the room the showers are piping hot my room had a nice view over the pool area One downside of the hotel is that the surrounding area of the city is unappealing with very few or no points of interest and noisy but that is not the hotel's fault The staff were very welcoming and i felt like "home away from home" Despite the minor shortcomings i highly recommend this hotel for any stay in marrakesh
