Spacious room and excellent services with nice food and room services. The beach is the best for all we have experienced in Thailand. Quiet place with other restaurant options close by

Really nice hotel, the rooms are very modern and well designed, the hotel is right on the beach and the restaraunt is very good also, highlight would be the pool, great cocktail pool :) will be back!

The place is beautiful The beach is amazing The service is poor. The cuisine is average. We had a romatique dinneron the beach - everything was messed up - the service was long, the food was not good. The hot dishes for breakfast were ridiculus - very small and looking unappetizing. As we understood the main chef is italian, but the only once when we had good meal, it was for lunch. The pasta was amazing and it was cooked by the Thai chef. We have booked a pool suite with ocean view. The room was big, beautiful and clean. The pool was big enough, nice, with jacuzzi. But there was no ocean view at all. The room was very far from the beach. When we asked why we didn't get the room we have paid for, the reply was "we are fully booked". No refund was done. The staff doesn't speak English. Not easy to ask or order anything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sri Panwa in Phuket, and it was truly a paradise experience! This stunning resort exceeded my expectations in every way, from the breathtaking views to the exceptional service. The hotel has nice facilities and excellent service, especially the Chinese-speaking staff. The breakfast is also excellent. However, because it's located in Phang Nga Province, the surrounding area is rather ordinary. The beach is okay, but the waves are high, making it unsuitable for swimming. The room's lighting system is complex and requires some learning to operate. The room has a Bose soundbar, which is great for watching TV and listening to music. Overall, if you don't like crowds, this is a highly recommended option. If you prefer a more lively environment, it's better to stay in Patong, Phuket.

I like the decoration style of the room, and it is quiet. The breakfast is not self-service but it is very good. (The customer service of the Ctrip platform is not good. I am very satisfied with all aspects of the hotel. I should have booked the hotel from other platforms earlier.)

If you rent a car, this hotel outside the island is very good, the beach is very comfortable and there are not many people. I stayed in a double suite pool villa. The hotel is surrounded by tropical plants, very Southeast Asian. During the day, I went to the beach near the lobby to lie down. It is not inferior to any super high-end private beach. It is very comfortable. There are few breakfast options. There is nothing to do around. It takes at least 1 hour to drive from the core area of the island, the old town, and Patong Beach. If you want to go snorkeling, I recommend this hotel, which is close to the sea pier.

Although Natai Baba Hotel is not in Phuket, the location is not good, and there are no restaurants and markets nearby. But I particularly like the hotel service, room facilities, and hygiene, which is a highlight of this trip to Thailand. The water quality of the hotel's private beach is clear and transparent, and the sand is fine and soft, which is better than the water quality of the three major beaches in Phuket. The room is very large. I booked a private swimming pool. The room is clean and hygienic, there are no mosquitoes, essential oils are placed, and the facilities are also hygienic. Our family also rode the hotel's free bicycles to visit nearby villages, which is very interesting. Whether it is the front desk or the tour bus staff, the service is polite and patient. Very good!
