非常棒的酒店,因為是我幫朋友們一起預訂的,所以剛才已經在另一條留言介紹了酒店,服務非常好,衞生很棒,非常有摩洛哥風情的酒店。離古城也很方便。

We stayed here for 3 nights, as a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. It was an absolute sanctuary in the middle of hot and busy Marrakech. Peaceful, calm, lush gardens and beautiful buildings. A fabulous spa, pool and restaurant. And best of all, the staff were amazing. Kind, respectful, attentive and friendly. It's a perfect spot and we recommend it highly.

Just returned from 5 nights at this gorgeous hotel. Everything for us was just perfect from our room with private terrace to the pool area gardens and food. After being to the souks it was a truly serene place to return to. The pool has shady and sunny areas and although busy it never felt overcrowded and we always were able to get a sun lounger. We stayed half bard and the food was delicious beautifully presented and very tasty. I recommend eating here at least once if you are on b&b basis. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and eggs cooked at the egg station, the best omelettes. The staff are so helpful and friendly and we were very grateful they put a sunshade on our terrace. From arriving to be greeted with a drink and Moroccan snacks to choosing a scent for your pillows we could not fault a thing. The gardens and communal roof terraces are amazing and always somewhere to chill and relax. I cannot wait to return.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we was greeted with a warm welcome . As soon as we arrived we knew we was going to have e the best time here . We was greeted with a drink and snacks and a cold flannel, the first thing me and my daughter noticed was the beauty and tranquility of the hotel and gardens . Every part of the trip was extra special we was asked to pick a fragrance out of 3 to be sprayed on our pillow at night . The gardens are absolutely stunning , pool is just right . Breakfast was perfect great selection of hot food , pastries , fruit and cereals and eggs made to order . We are lunch here 10/10 I regret not eating dinner here . Everything here felt so personal we was so looked after felt the staff went the extra mile and couldn’t do enough , Abdul the receptionist needs a promotion he recommended where we should eat , advised us on trips and what I could and couldn’t do my walking is limited . Honestly the hotel is perfect In every way the staff are a credit , the waiters carried my Plate as I was using a stick . Clean , romantic, great location stunning rooms I will definitely be going back Thankyou to all the staff who made my stay the very best and I’ve stayed at many 5 * hotels

Fantastic hotel close to the Saadien tombs and a short walk to Badi Palace, Tinsmiths Square and Bahia Palace. Around 20 - 25 mins walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa square. From the outside the hotel is very understated - a door leading off a fairly nondescript street. However, once inside and walking through, the inner courtyard opens up to the pool area in a tranquil oasis setting. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were extremely friendly and the food, for both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. Highly recommended for a visit to Marrakesh.

Have been lucky enough to travel to Marrakesh a number of times over the years and have stayed in a number of different hotels/riads. In the past have always compromised using a smaller Riad when wanting to be central and then larger hotels that tend to be on the outskirts when looking for some relaxation by the pool. Les Jardins de la Medina is a real find as it is the best of both worlds. Fairly central (20 min walk to the main square) but also has a beautiful garden and a large pool (by Moroccan standards). Rooms are lovely and the staff and facilities are superb. If I do return again to Marrakesh then this is where I will be staying and I would be happy to recommend it to anyone who is looking to spend some time in this wonderful city.

We visited using a day pass on the last day of our trip to Marrakech and what a lovely relaxed ending to our amazing trip it was! Having stayed in a Riad very near to the souk for all of our stay we had the option of chilling on the roof top terrace after checking out at 12 but we were flying until nearly 11pm, so we looked up day pass options at local hotels. There are a few that offer this but they tend to be very very expensive or a couple with awful reviews so we’re very happy to stumble accross this gorgeous hotel in the Kasbah area of the medina. A really quiet, calm, soothing environment with a lovely pool and facilities. We were given a voucher for a three course lunch on arrival plus towel and sunbeds. There was a lovely shower room to finish up in. We spent the afternoon drinking coctail, dipping in and out if the pool, reading, having lunch and then more coctails and chilling. The lunch was really good, the drinks well priced and the poolside service was brilliant. Bravo! A bargain at £40-45pp for the 6 hours inclusive of lunch x

Such a beautiful haven hidden in the centre of bustling Marrakech! The teams (from the welcome desk to the pool and restaurant team and the room crew) are all wonderful and did everything they could to make this a wonderful and memorable stay - always welcoming and with a smile. This is the perfect size boutique hotel with a lovely pool and hidden secret gardens to escape and read a book out of the sun. And gorgeous sun terraces to make the most of the glorious weather. The food was delicious, the room was just exquisite - will definitely return. Thankyou!

Fabulous stay at a wonderful place. From first dealing with the hotel before arriving, thoroughly professional and very helpful. Check in was smooth, welcomed by Abdul who served us tea and pastries. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It’s the little touches that are so welcoming. Rooms good and spacious, breakfast was good. Wood recommend and hopefully come back again. Great location, inside the walled city but away from the madness down the road in the square.

Set in the old part of the town, this property has the charm of old world Morocco with a team of people that help you relive its hospitality as well. Rarely have I been to a hotel very every individual is genuinely so warm and hospitable. Kudos to the management for putting together such a fine group of people and allowing them to do whatever it takes to make guests happy. We were there during the month of Ramadan, but this did not stop anyone from serving us as they would normally do. The beautiful garden in the property is teeming with song birds and one can spend the entire day listening to them and enjoying the lush green. The rooms are dated, but this, in a way, adds to the character of the property. Don’t expect a super luxurious experience but one that makes you feel at home!

This is an excellent hotel/ riad and we enjoyed our stay in a superior patio room. The room itself comes fully equipped with kettle, illy coffee machine, mini fridge, bathrobes and slippers. Supplied with water daily which you can easily replenish from local stores nearby. There is an English TV channel too. All staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good full buffet but also can order poached/ boiled eggs as well as an egg station. They also serve fried bacon on request and have ham available too. Cappuccino and espresso also available to order without extra charge. Atmosphere around the hotel is good and you can enjoy the sunset from their their terrace. Also numerous places to chill and sit during the day. Unfortunately only a few of the loungers around the pool catch the sun and some hoggers during the day who leave their things to reserve. However no big deal as tables and chairs on which to sit and catch the sun and dip in the pool. We had a snack lunch and Sunday dinner in the hotel. Both good. Just note that by “squid” with the squid ink pasta, it was actually octopus which was good. A table magician was in attendance at Sunday dinner (don’t come too late or you may miss him) and he was at the Manager’s drinks party on Wednesday which was most enjoyable with small eats too. Cleaning was good and the evening scent on the pillow was nice. We had the hammam and massage. Next time, I would just have the massage although if you like steam rooms, it was nice and private with no sharing required. Location is good although note that it is in the Kasbah area so nearer to Saadian tombs and Al Bahia palace then Jemna el Fenna (Main Square) which takes 15-20 minutes walk. We ate nearby at Cafe Clock and a great street food charcoal kebab place diagonally opposite La Sultana Riad passageway. The street food place is not open on Friday but otherwise the place most locals went to; can’t miss all the cars parked outside it. We had 4 chicken and 4 sheesh kebabs, stewed beans, olives, chilli sauce and 3 breads for MAD 60. Note no cutlery so eat the beans with bread or bring a spoon. They also have grilled hearts and liver but we didn’t try although everyone around us was eating these. I suggest you try a mixture first and then reorder what you liked most. The chicken was the best for us. I would recommend taking their taxi drivers. Maybe more expensive depending on your bargaining skills but definitely worth it. I left my phone in a taxi and the doorman called him and returned later that evening.
