Ulasan Red Hotel Marrakech

Red hotel is an amazing place to stay! Been a few times and I am always very happy with my stay! Very clean! Very friendly! Best location in the centre of everything! Very affordable for the location and quality. The staff are genuinely so approachable and kind and will do anything to cater for you!

The location was good next to the train station and CTM bus station allowing for quick access. Opera Plaza and Red Hotel are the same giving and checkin is handled by Opera which was quite strange! In terms of service, most staff members I encountered were overly rude and arrogant, with barely any acknowledgement of being a paying customer. This was very disappointing. Cleanliness was adequate considering the price, with plaster from renovations being all over the room and shower, care had obviously not been taken, which was not a good impression at all. The amenities were generally good, with a great pool and gym, as well as access to a bowling alley, something I’ve never experienced before at a hotel! The food was very overpriced and drinks were extortionate, even for Europe pricing so I would recommend that you eat elsewhere, there are plenty of options in close proximity. The WiFI was also very poor cutting in and out regularly throughout my stay. All in all I was disappointed, but for a 1 night stay the hotel was perfectly adequate.

Great location, clean and friendly hotel

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, the reception staff are very rude ,we called the reception in the afternoon to send someone to fix the AC ,no one was sent ,we came back to the hotel around 2 o’clock in the morning, the security guard stopped us and made us wait until the receptionist came to check our documents ,(we asked again for the AC technician),Marrakesh is beautiful city but this hotel has the power to ruin your stay.

It need to be renovated, the location is amazing and near to most places in Marrakech

The hotel is very nice and clean, the breakfast was so good. Just we didn't know for reception together with Opera Plaza Hotel, it would be easier if there was some notice about this. Everyhing else is really good value for the money.

Nice location, that's it! The rest is a worn out litterally totally depreciated hotel, desinterested absent management, totally lacking anything close to a professional view on hospitality: torn towels & floating (hopefully child-) feces in the pool!! Unfortunate for the hard working staff at breafast and cleaning and ofcourse customers.
