Riad Jardin des Sens & Spa

We had an amazing time at this Riad; the staff treated us like family, offering valuable advice on places to visit and avoid. The massage was exceptional, and the tea and breakfast provided a delightful experience. A special birthday cake surprised us, showing their thoughtful hospitality. The Riad has a homely and relaxed feel and was incredibly clean. Location is central and food was really nice. We are leaving this trip feeling so happy and grateful to you all thank you again.

This is a little heaven in Medina. Very cozy, beautiful, super friendly staff and service. Upstairs they have amazing rooftop were we were chilling after "tensed" walks in Medina. Our stay they was super. If we go back to Marrakech we will for sure visit this beautiful Riad again.

Had the BEST experience at Jardin des Sens & Spa!! My husband and I booked the couples “Massage 1 hr Relax” and loved everything about it! We booked in very last minute and the team was so accommodating and quick to respond. They took great care in making us feel welcome and relaxed and they never made us feel rushed. We were pampered from start to finish. The riad is absolutely beautiful. We found it to be peaceful and quiet despite its central location, conveniently located about 5mins from the Jemaa el-Fnaa. The massage itself was so relaxing and the women performing the massages were both kind and professional. They took the whole 1hr for the massage and let us change and sit by the pool drinking delicious tea at our own pace. We would not hesitate to visit again!

This is one of the best places I've stayed. Prior to the stay organising the airport transfer, dinner and spa trea**ents on arrival, the communication was very good. Once we arrived Redouan gave a perfect guide to Marrakech with lots of handy tips that helped us throughout our stay. The dining area upstairs has a lovely a**osphere in the morning for breakfast and in the evening for dinner. Alongside this, the Riad organised a wonderful dinner in the desert and Atlas Mountains trip. The staff were fantastic from walking us out to the pickup points and the service with a smile across our stay. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly and if ever in Marrakech I would return. My wife and I had the very good fortune that when our daughter and her partner offered us a short holiday in Marrakech, as a joint birthday present, they chose the Riad Le Jardin Des Sens & Spa for us to stay at. From the moment we set foot inside, the manager, Redoaun, was the perfect host. He sat us down, with mint tea and biscuits, explained some of the best places to visit and what to expect to see in different parts of the city, marking up a complimentary map for us as he went. This included information for our own comfort and safety with regard to what to eat where, where we could buy alcoholic drinks if we wanted and what to expect from / how to deal with street traders etc. He went on to ask us to consider the Riad as our own home away from home during our stay, and that nothing was too much trouble - if there was anything we needed, we only had to ask. In those 20 minutes or so he managed to set the scene for a very memorable stay in a wonderful city. All of the food at the Riad is not just superbly prepared, it is also beautifully presented and served - the breakfast is extensive to say the least, with a number of different sweet and savoury courses, which are varied from day to day. The dinners have to be seen to be believed, we ate there on three evenings and never even came close to finishing one, and again the quality of every dish was simply fantastic. All of the male staff were very professional and those that served us the most often, Said, Youness and Issam, were also incredibly friendly and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble for any of them. The female staff we encountered were also very friendly and polite, although we didn’t have quite so much contact with them as we didn’t use the spa facilities. Our room was very well furnished, well appointed, clean and very comfortable. We both slept very well indeed every night. Another bonus for the Riad is that as long as you don’t get waylaid at the shops along the way, it is just a five minute walk to the main square, the Place Jemaa El Fna.

Wonderful stay at this Riad. The staff were very friendly even prior to arrival answering several questions via email. On arrival we were met by the manger who gave us welcome drinks and sat and spoke with us for around 15 minutes. In that time he went over a map of Marrakesh and circled interesting places to see and his recommended restaurants and cafes. He also circled currency exchange points and answered any questions we had giving us his phone number should we need to ask him anything else at any time. We were also upgraded to a bigger room which was beautiful. The room and bathroom were faultless as was the riad itself. Breakfast was fantastic and we can’t recommend this place enough. Ideally situated, lovely staff and good value for money. We only spent one evening here as we had booked all inclusive on the coast for the rest of our trip and wish we had stayed longer! We will definitely return.

After having just arrived in Marrakech & being lead through the narrow streets & alleyways of the medina we eventually reached the front door to what was going to become our little spot of paradise amongst the beautiful, yet chaotic mayhem that is Marrakech. We were met by the riad manager, Redwan, who was undoubtedly the friendliest, kindest & most informative person that we've met on our two week stay in Morocco. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly & always willing to help. The suite was amazing, spacious & incredibly comfortable. Fibre wifi for the digital nomad, which I needed. With regards to the food, I awarded my own version of a 'Michelin star' to the chef for the chicken tagine with orange on our fist night. I highly recommend dinner at the riad. Three plunge pools to choose from, after a tiring day of walking & shopping & a roof top dining & chill area just makes this riad spectacular. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we tried to book an additional night, our last night in Marrakech, but sadly was unable to as we were too late to cancel our already booked accommodation. We absolutely loved our time at Riad Le Jardin des Sens. The property is beautiful and well maintained, just like the pictures you see online if not even better. Every detail is thought through and the decors are really elegant yet creating a cozy and comfortable a**osphere. We found the location to be pretty strategic considering both exploring the Medina and being close to the main square and taxi drop off and pickup spot. For us the true deal breaker was service. First of all, the manager redearam personally checks in every guest, providing visitors with a detailed map of Marrakech and giving hints on best ways to explore this amazing city. One can really see that each member of the team is carefully picked to create a familiar yet professional ambience at this fascinating road. everyone at Le Jardin des Sens strives to provide the highest levels of hospitality, addressing every question and request with a lovely smile. Said went above and beyond to help us as well as Issam and Yuness. We are so happy we decided to stay with you and will surely return! Also, the level of cleanliness is top notch thanks to Khadija and her team. Will definitely recommend and come back!
