Despite booking 6 months in advance, our room for 4 was not available, so we got a room, certainly large (to share with small crawling animals...) but dirty, level -1 compared to the road (so no window overlooking the outside), a dilapidated bathroom the size of a toilet, with the smell..., and, cherry on the cake, without working air conditioning (given the thickness of the dust it hadn't broken down the day before). In short, at 3am the first night, unable to sleep, we booked elsewhere despite paying for the week... the claim is in progress..."
