體驗感十分好，酒店的氛圍感也很好， 就是路不好開，建議酒店派出接駁車接送， 然後酒店前台零錢有點不夠，當時50元居然還找不開。

Unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience at the Agafay tents. I was very excited to be spending my milestone Birthday here, prior to the visit we had a few wonderful days at another hotel in Marrakech. So you can imagine how disappointing it was to arrive at a freezing cold tent, we did try to be optimistic and hoped for a bit of warmth in the dining room tent however this was also very cold. Returning to our tent which had absolutely no heating whatsoever, we were presented with a Luke warm hot water bottle. We tried to get comfortable in bed, but this was impossible as it was so cold so at 10PM the same evening my husband went to reception to say that we were so cold and we were unable to sleep and could not possibly spend 5 nights under these inhabitable conditions, no solution was offered! The cold night in the tent continued, all of us in the foetal position trying to keep warm, it got worse and I had crippling stomach pains after eating in the restaurant not wanting to move due to the cold. To add insult to injury a Camel proceeded to snore the whole night through! At 2am in the morning we decided to reschedule our flights to fly home the next day as it was so inhospitable we felt we had no choice. It’s also worth noting that the third bed is very hard almost like a pallet, my daughter had bad back ache in the morning. The shower was freezing cold so no way to get clean without making yourself even colder! We see ourselves as fair people and were happy to pay for our one night stay and our expenses used, but due to the inhabitable conditions we did not expect to pay for the remaining 4 nights which we would not be using! We incurred extra costs to change our flights, this does not even to take in to consideration the fact that my milestone 50th Birthday had been ruined I spent it travelling home; airports; transfers etc! The company have taken the full payment for 5 nights plus expenses we have had no apology and absolutely no refund. We have contacted them profusely and now we are being ghosted! I do hope they rectify this and refund us for what we haven’t had, otherwise this seems nothing short of FRAUD!

Amazing place due to the nature of the Agafay desert, the staff is helpful, polite and always ready to serve. Special thanks to Issan, Mohamed and Achraf. Comfortable and spacious cabins with full bathroom facilities. Food menu with many fantastic food

we spent 3 nights here and it was wonderful. the tents are very comfortable, the scenery is amazing and the food is really good!! We tried almost every dish and loved it. also the staff is super helpful and nice :) Special thanks to the manager Amin for organizing everything for us

Save your money and choose a different hotel. While this place offers great views and natural surroundings, you can find the same at any of the 200 other hotels around the desert. It's all smoke and mirrors here. 1. No proper working shower, either scolding hot or ice cold. 2. Paid 180€ each for a New Year's dinner that made us sick (vomiting and fever), with extremely loud music so you coudnt hear yourself think and excessive smoke, making it hard to breathe aswell as 0 firework, poorly executed. 3. No AC or heating even with temperatures as low as 5 degrees and keep in mind that there is 0 isolation in the room, and to prevent this they offer a “heating bag”. So prepare for a couple of horrible nights. 4. The Toilet is Terrible. might aswell go outside. they offer u a plastic box basically. not really a luxurious experiance. 5. Branding it as a calm place, but there was loud music from 12-00 6. When saying I got sick he says (maybe u drank to much, it’s okey I also used to drink) 7. There was no working WiFi in the rooms. 9. Having booked a horse ride a month ahead, they would cancel it last minute, then nicely saying “ah and we didn’t charge u for the horses” like it’s a favour. 10. With me being sick in bed the I asked my gf to go and ask for a drink and 2 soups to the room. They nonchalantly saying “we don’t do room service” keep in mind it’s pitch black in the middle of the dessert and instead of of helping and feeling remorseful about them making guests sick the put everything on a tray and then charging 30€ for it. If this isn’t enough to convince u to never ever ever book a room here than I’ll let u sign your own death certificate and keep in mind that you are in the middle of the desert so u have no where to go.
