Royal Mansour Marrakech 皇家曼蘇爾馬拉喀什酒店🕌 嚟摩洛哥其中一個原因都係因為想住尼間酒店，酒店的主人是前摩洛哥國王，穆罕默德六世(Morocco’s King Mohammed VI)，係2020-2021年被選為全球最佳酒店，全酒店有的53個獨棟的Riad，每間Riad 只住2人， 酒店裡的員工有將近500多人，就算在客滿的狀況下，跟客人的比例大約是4比1， 基本上你上網search摩洛哥，好多圖片都會彈咗呢間酒店出嚟，好多網紅都首推濃厚嘅摩洛哥風情，不過價格亦非常高貴，我6月入住期間已經算係淡季，我住嘅房型亦都係最基本嗰種，都要約$14000港元一晚，不過貴從來都不是他的問題……😂 個人入住體驗: 由於每間房都係獨立的House ，所以入住就要預咗要不停行樓梯上落， 而這麼高貴的酒店打電話去reception，那個人竟然不會說英文(他們大多數會說法語，因為這裡以前是法國殖民地)，很簡單問佢泳池幾點收都答唔到，還覺得你不會講法文很Low😂，而較高級的職員感覺比較高傲， 入住期間試過佢亞洲賽菜餐廳，味道嘗算不錯的😋 除此之外這裏確是很好打卡的，尤其係個Spa🥰，其實另外還有一個室內泳池我也很想影的，不過剛巧他在維修中…..🥲(聽説維修時間還有數個月) . . . . ❣️個人認為性價比低，除非你真係好想入去影相就可以住一晚，否則其實佢最靚嗰個位係酒店大堂，所以其實你只要訂位食飯就可以入去影了 . . . #thebesthotel #morocco #marrakech #royalmansour #摩洛哥 #摩洛哥風

One of the best hotels in the world in terms of service, facilities and food. La Mamounia is so rich in culture and heritage that there is a unique story in every part of the hotel. We visited the Royal Mansour and other 5 star establishments but nothing compares to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at this hotel. A truly remarkable experience and our only disappointment was the lack of time to further explore the various restaurants, cinema, activities area, ****** and wine cellar. Will definitely be back.

As very seasoned travelers, my family and I enjoy exploring the most amazing resorts and hotels around the world, which we look at with a very discriminating eye. For the Oberoi Marrakesh, it is truly difficult to find fault. The hotel, relatively new, is simply stunning with the impressive lobby and villas, as well as expansive gardens with 2700 olive trees. The acting General Manager Mamdouh is the perfect and consummate hotelier, ever present checking everything non-stop, to ensure the guest experience is nothing less than 5-stars. Jalal from their F&B outlet surprised us with an entire loaf of lemon cake to take back to London that was not available on two breakfasts which we sore missed after our first breakfast. El Habib is an amazing server ready to grant you at least three wishes with his magic lamp! Khalid the Duty Manager also asks non-stop how they can improve a service that is already par excellence. Our hats off to the amazing pastry chef who makes baked goods that rival the best Parisian patisserie. I saw the two staff who cleaned every machine in the fitness center using four sprays leaving neither dust nor germ —- they focus on the minutest detail. The whole team is just extremely well-trained and professional and very committed in their desire to exceed your expectations. The synchronization of their efforts, in the most natural and sincere manner, always with big smiles, translates to nothing less than less than a truly memorable experience. They know how to make you feel like Arab royalty! We will certainly be back!!! Thank you so much to all of you!!! Shukran! If you want that “palace in the middle of the oasis experience” in Marrakesh, you will not get it any better than at the Oberoi!

Nous avons réservé en famille une chambre à l’hôtel mogador Aqua fun de Marrakech et que dire ce fut une expérience désastreuse. Les chambres sales et poussiéreuses, la literies et les couvertures en très mauvaises états. Les draps sur les lits très poussiéreux. La douches mal entretenue. En effet à notre arrivé les toilettes pleines de poils et le sol de la chambre très sale et non nettoyé. Nous avons demandé un nettoyage deux fois mais il n’a pas été fait de bonne foi. Les vitres très sales avec encore des trace de mains d’enfants qui ont peut être séjourné avant nous. Nous avons aussi demandé un lit bébé 3 fois il nous a été fourni qu’à 00h et en plus sans couverture pour bébé. La direction de l’hôtel très incompétente, non commerciale, non compatissante et pas à l’écoute des demandes du client. Nous avons donc écourté notre séjour très rapidement et sans remboursement. Je ne conseil absolument pas cet hôtel.

Deuxième fois que nous y allons et ce ne sera pas la dernière. Cadre magnifique aussi bien la végétation (fleurs superbes) que les bâtiments (très agréable de s'y promener), personnel super attentionné et très bonne cuisine. Super propre. We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at Ksar Char Bagh, and we cannot recommend this venue highly enough for anyone looking to get married in Marrakech! From the very beginning of our planning in October 2023, Hiba has been nothing short of a fairy godmother, making sure that every detail of our wedding was perfect and that everything went off without a hitch. Her dedication and effort, along with the entire team's, were truly remarkable. Our guests were in awe of the magical atmosphere of the location, and everyone commented on how friendly, efficient, and polite the staff was throughout the entire event. The setting at Ksar Char Bagh is simply stunning, and the level of service we received made our wedding even more special. A huge thank you to Hiba, Kevin, Nezha, Noordine, and the whole team for making our wedding an unforgettable experience. We cannot wait to come back, and for anyone considering a wedding in Marrakech, Ksar Char Bagh is the place to be!

The riad was very lovely and traditional and the staff were very welcoming. You really feel you have stepped back in time to a very tranquil environment surrounded by palms and flowers. The riad is on the edge of the old town and many tuc tuc drivers don't know how to find it and taxis can't take you closer than a 4 minute walk. If you take a tuc tuc look for a narrow one as they will drop you at the door. You need to get the consierge to download the offline map to help you navigate your way around and also write the directions down for both the taxi drivers and separately for the tuc tuc drivers. We were a group of 4 friends and had two rooms. The twin room had limited storage space and the bathroom while fully functional had plaster walls which looked a bit tired. The rooms were cleaned every day and the riad was well kept. There is a plunge pool which has quite steep steps into it, but was very refreshing and allowed us to cool down. There are a few nice seating areas downstairs but we preferred the ones upstairs to sit at night and relax and there are also a few sunbeds to catch the sun. Breakfast consisted of fresh orange juice, tea and coffee and a variety of bread, pancakes and various savoury rolls. We also asked for omelettes and boiled eggs as I am gluten intolerant. We ate out most nights and our meals in the nearby Limoni italian were good, 61+ a french restaurant in the new town was good. We spent our last night at Comptoir which was a bit pricier but was a lovely busy place with live music and entertainment. If you look lost people will materialise and offer to help, they then demand large amounts of money. Give them a small amount if they have been helpful but chase them if you don't want help. The beauty of the Palais Tinmel is its a wonderful old authentic riad and very romantic and the staff made you feel very welcome. My friend loved how they welcomed you back at night and asked about your day, its a lovely antidote to the hustle and bustle of Marrakech.
