Nous étions déjà venus en 2014, le séjour avait été très agréable...ce qui ne fut pas le cas de notre séjour de 9 jours en septembre 2022 !
L'hôtel est vétuste dans son ensemble, aussi bien les chambres que les extérieurs.
La nourriture est variée mais très axée sur l'Italie (hôtel occupé principalement par des italiens). La qualité est cependant à revoir puisque nous avons été malades 5 jours.
L'accueil laisse à désirer et l'équipe managériale est à revoir dans la gestion des problèmes et le manque de considération de la clientèle.
En effet, les voisins du dessus ont vomi sur notre terrasse, le manager pour seule résolution du problème nous a dit qu'ils partaient le soir même. Ces voisins sont restés toute la durée de notre séjour...

We were satisfied with our visit to the hotel. After the reviews, we were at a loss as to how everything would be, because of mentions of different behavior towards Italians, but the worries disappeared within two days. Staff, helpful smiling. The food was good, European type, so we always ate. The deluxe room is pleasant, clear, modern. Beach 3 minutes walk. The only problem we had was with Muhamed El Baz who serves at the Deluxe bar. I have never experienced such a reluctant bartender. He acted normal for the first two days, but once we formed a larger group of people to meet at the bar, he immediately changed his attitude. It annoyed him that he had to serve. He overlooked us, deliberately not pouring. He spent 70% of his time on the phone or with a cigarette. He was leaving, the bar was empty and people were thirsty. How many times we didn't get a drink even after half an hour even though there were 6 people there. Terrible experience. It bothered him that we were laughing. He also had some stupid things to say about us. The last day of our vacation was so unpleasant that it ruined my entire evening. Such a person should not work among people.

Terrible reception service. I don't expect that at 5 *hotel.. I sent questions about tea and coffee, they repeat that they are in every room. They wasn't - manager told that you need to ask for them. Rooms at old part are ok. Nothing special - because of wind everything is covered by sand. You can easily find a place on beach or pool. There is no possibility to order normal taxi from city you need to be overcharged for their. Food - everyday the same. Focused on Italians because owner is Italian. I don't get it at all. Stop selling rooms on outside portals - use only Italians - or start treat people normal.

I have to appreciate the work of everyone but I liked the animators, their ideas and the desire to entertain the guests the most.I definitely recommend this hotel,... I was suprised how nice the people were here, I dont like noisy hotel, but here you can relax in peace,

I would like to thank you for a beautiful holiday, I liked everything. The hotel is clean, the sea is beautiful, the beaches are well-tended and the food is varied. The animation team was great, I had a lot of fun with Laura and the other animators. I'll definitely come here again.

I was suprised how nice the people were here, I dont like noisy hotel, but here you can relax in peace, or even in a pleasant and acceptable entertainment for me.the sea was beautiful, the beaches clean, the food delicious.The whole team of animators tried their best to entertain the guests, thank you Laura.For me, this hotel is the best I have visited in Egypt so far.

Not the best experience. Rooms are clean but old, ofc to get upgraded you need to pay extra. THERE IS NO COFFE OR TEA, OR KETTLE in the rooms - you need to ask. FO staff od really rude, there was only one blond hair guy which was nice. And that's all. Food always the same. Nothning special Housekeeping staff was great

I would like to praise the animation team in hotel Fantazia, they were with us throughout the whole holiday and they played a lot of games with us. I can't imagine better people for the work, I would like to really thank for that, I could be there with them, and I will gladly return. With greetings Fišer Miroslav.
