晚上入住事停車場入口關了，呼了很久才開的門。入住當天給的房型和系統的不一樣，空調不製冷。洗手間天花突然掉落…更換了房間後才和系統預定的房型一致。攜程客服也是在打太極。非常不好的入住體驗。

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August. Pros - the location is amazing - literally 14mins drive to Marseille. The car park is very spacious and free to use. The pool is very well maintained, clean and nice to use, pool towels provided from reception free of charge to use and return. The staff at breakfast are very friendly and the range is quite nice. Cons - it took 9 days from us reporting the fridge in our room not working for them bringing us one from a different room. The air conditioning barely works and the room was so warm! The staff on reception speak very limited English so often it is difficult to communicate if there are any issues. Although the breakfast provided is quite nice, it is poorly managed as things often run out (juice, bread, fruit) and either not topped up or often warm. The room we stayed in was clean but very old looking and not the typical Novotel style you would expect. The sink leaked our entire stay, often towels and toilet rolls were not replenished by the cleaning staff.

The location was key for us so we were happy about that. Reception area is great with toys for the kids while you check in and out. The rooms are ok, very old furniture and amenities. The all hotel needs a renovation to keep charging those prices.

Old hotel, small bathroom and old shower. No facilities near the hotel. Like restaurants, pharmacie, supermarket. The pool is small. The pizza was tasty. Reception was very kind and helpfull. As well the working staff. They were all kind. Large parking place and for free.

This is not a 4* hotel, it is a budget hotel. It wasn't clean, it smelled, the decor was seriously out of date, staff unhelpful. I've stayed in better 2* places.

We spent 2 nights August 29 and 30). I have been a Gold Accord member for over 20 years and this is the first time I have faced such a situation. I find it unacceptable not to warn your customers when booking that certain categories of customers are allowed to bathe fully clothed, whether they are men or women. While your hotel is ALLSAFE labeled, how can you ensure that the water is clean, how can you make sure that clothes have not been worn for hours or even days. As much as it shocks me less in the sea, but that is not acceptable in a swimming pool. We were therefore unable to take advantage of your facilities even though we had chosen your hotel for its swimming pool. Was this decision made on your own or is it a group decision?

Venus pour le concert de Bruce Springsteen, nous avons eu un super accueil, de l'agent d'accueil et particulièrement d'Estelle qui nous a accueilli très gentiment et nous a aidé en nous renseignant sur divers sujets. Nous y sommes passé en famille pour un court séjour. Ce Novotel n'est pas tout récent. Chambre dans une déco assez ancienne, climatisation non fonctionnelle, mauvaise odeur dans la cage d'escalier. Au global hôtel de passage qui aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement notamment pour un Novotel
