Hotel ini lama, wilayahnya bagus, dua kolam renang, gelongsor, kelab kanak-kanak, ia bagus untuk kanak-kanak, ada sesuatu yang perlu dilakukan. Tetapi pembersihan dan perkhidmatannya menjijikkan! No good breakfast; old rooms and very poor service. This hotel is overpriced for the quality which is offered. Good thing is the location nearby Surin Beach and the hotel water / pool area with slides.

Furnitures are very old. Actual room was differed on the reception.

Lovely hotel, great location, delicious food and the staff were so kind to us. We will definitely be back again! The beach (surin beach) is right beside the hotel and is nice and quiet, very suitable for families. The area also has nice restaurants and 711, which has just about everything you need!

Great location in front of Surin beach. Good and friendly service. Double bedroom for families is spacious and comfortable.

We weren’t too happy with the food, the fried rice was good, the beds are a bit too hard, we asked for a different room and they said they were fully booked, we checked out 2 days early cause they had water pipe issues and failed to inform their guests and upon checking out they offered us a different room. They didn’t even want to refund one night at least.

The family room is handy if you are traveling with children. The location is handy and close to Surin Beach. However, the hotel is in a rather poor condition and the staff are not helpful. We stayed for almost a week and had to remind them to do housekeeping every single day for at least once (and up to 3-4 times) Hotel only gives out pool towels during 8-9am. First time for me to visit a resort that has quota on pool towels (I do however understand this is one way to keep the laundry cost down). My kids are upset that nobody answer the free popsicle phone. Seems to me that hotel owner has not invested much on maintenance (pls refer to photos).

Old hotel, but still nice, staff is trying their best. Location is nothing to do. Wouldn’t really recommend except you come for a week on the beach. 1h from city center

Check in was an awful experience. A family of 4 with 2 children, 4yo & 10 months old. We were waiting for nearly 2 hours with no complementary. I can see that the staff was trying their best to accommodate. They gave us false impression of “how long we needed to wait”, so we didn’t go anywhere to relax but kept waiting. Finally, we were assigned to an abandoned room. Stepping inside the room, we could tell nobody stayed there for at least a month or two. The floor , though we believed was mopped , was covered in thick black dust. Our allergies symptoms kicked in right away. We informed the front desk, they sent a maid to clean but again, this room needed a “deep cleaning, scrubbing, and air conditioning cleaning,etc.”. We put up for a night and decided to request a new room. We didn’t plan to pay in order to suffer during our holidays. The staff was absolutely helpful and I’m impressed with how hey handled the whole thing. They could definitely improve on the overload bookings and food. Don’t recommend the breakfast here unless you want to give it a try and see if they are better or not. It’s a budget hotel after all. The location is great and the staff are super helpful.

10/10 you would regret if you did not stay here. This is our second trip to Sunwing Kamala and my kid and wife love this hotel. Beach is just few meters away from the hotel and 8 mins walking distance to the main street where they have plenty of food and massage shops. 100% a family hotel where they have plenty of pools and slides and activities for the kids. They have open Massage place right beside the pools. Breakfast was great and they have a kids club. Hotel is always fully book all year round so book early to avoid disappointment! Service was excellent and Monte is the man that you could rely on. Ask any questions he would be ready to answer and provide great help. Two thumbs up to all the staff that made our trip memorable. Our go to place in Phuket for sure!
